When she said "Jesus Sports Cards" I lost my mind
In the Colorado area, when it comes to paranormal, there’s much more to fear other than ghosts. The rural side of Colorado, especially the woods, have been known to be the home of something far more dangerous, the wendigo. Now, why am I bringing this up? Early in the video the guys drove by a very badly mutilated deer corpse, they referred to it a splattered(deers are said to be among wendigos favorite preys). The deer could have been killed by a truck, or a van, but then Ryland says something that struck me. He said that he had visions of a deer attacking him, killing him and eating him. In certain legends/ stories by hunters and what not, Wendigos usually take the form of deers, badly deformed, malnurished, overgrown deers. I’m not saying that they were going to come face to face with that creature, but…it certainly is interesting.

EDIT: Also jesus i'm realising at about 1:06:56, she's talking about seeing a wolf or a dog, and while you're saying wendigos take form of deers, in most of the legends it's typically sort-of like a bipedal wolf with a skull for a head, right?

Isn’t it quite common for wendigo to mock or imitate a female scream to draw people out looking for someone in distress so the wendigo can attack? Could explain the scream they heard under the bridge😟
@@kathy6445 if I recall that’s mainly skinwalkers that mimic voices but in certain legends wendigos do that too.

I re-listened to that scream like 4-5 times and that was a legit freaking scream! That wasn't some farm animal, or coyote. That is really unsettling. Like either you guys were at the right place at the right time to hear someone get murdered (doubt it). OR that was the horrified scream of a spirit stuck at that 3rd bridge, possibly reliving their last moments.
I definitely do believe it could be something, but lookup cougar/mountain lion sounds, it is so fucking freaky it sounds like a women being attacked/r*ped😮
You’d also be shocked how similar a bird can sound like a screaming woman. Especially near the woods.
I’m thinking it was a fox. The first time I heard one the police were called lol I was terrified that someone had kidnapped a little girl and drug her into the woods.

Hey Shane! That scream was probably a barn owl nearby, they make that exact noise, often. They hunt at night and do tend to frequent bridges. Colorado is full of them! Regardless, great video!

Shane, I hope you'll be able to read this comment. Here in the Philippines, we have this thing called "pag-pag". Pagpag literally means “to shake off the dust or dirt”; it is also a superstition that says you should not go straight home from a wake or any places that have bad or lost spirits. Instead, spend some time somewhere else to confuse the spirits so that they would not follow you home. Never go straight home like what you and the group did in this video. Hope this could help you. I work at a “haunted hotel” - it’s 111 years old and pretty creepy. I personally haven’t experienced any ghost activity but there have been a lot of staff stories over the years. I watched this whole series during my overnight shift and a ton of really weird things happened. There were pots and pans banging in the kitchen but when I checked the cameras no one was in there. The elevator doors opened but no one got on or off, and there was a really loud thud coming from the mezzanine where a lot of house keepers have reported weird activity. To say I was spooked is an understatement

I used to work at a haunted Hotel too!
I don't think it was really old, probably 40-50 years old. But I saw a bunch of things in the short time I worked there. I saw the same guy twice: Once I was standing with some of the staff near an area that was being remodeled, we greeted a person nicely dressed in black and kept talking to each other, the security director noticed he turned to walk to the area under construction, so he ran after him... Aaaaand he was gone, we looked at the security cameras and we could see ourselves, we found the moment we all turned to say "good evening" to the guy and when the director ran off, but the guy wasn't on sight.
On another occasion I was in the Bar (my area) when I saw a man walking towards me, so I went to intercept him (I had to walk around a pilar), no one was there when I looked up again.
A lot of other things happened and I heard tons of stories from staff.

Just letting you know that is my clown painting. I found it in roodhouse Illinois in an abandoned house or so I thought was abandoned. To be fair the atmosphere backgrounds between city and urban life are hugely different while growing up. For example a large amount of city folk would be disturbed by camping in a remote area with the sounds of nature (actual nature) around them, whilst those growing up in rural areas would feel unsettled by the lack of darkness or the constant city noise.

THEORYY: The truck that passed seen a replica of a girl standing in the middle of the bridge, that's why when it honked that once, it was a short one to probably warn the girl to get out of the way, when it honked the second time it was a warning that the truck is going to hit her, for the last and final honk I think the driver was in shock and he kept the horn going because they thought they had just run over a little girl. I also think that the teens who passed away from the car crash, seen that girl and that's why they swerved out of the way, I don't think it was an accident that they swerved out of nowhere on the same bridge, they probably didn't want to hit the girl and swerved away but accidentally swerved off to much and passed away. The girls scream that you guys heard was probably the scream the little girl let out when she was killed over the bridge. Just a theory x

As someone who grew up and lives in the irish countryside, the scream was a fox. They do sound terrifying, always like a distressed female or childs scream. Really unsettling if you dont know its only a fox!

Thanks for being so respectful! & also sharing these stores I had no clue. I’m a Cali girl visited Aurora, Colorado a couple of times & I felt something wash over me I just can’t explain the overwhelming feeling but it was peace & so much sadness at the same time back & forth.
I also just want to note that energy is 100% real wether it’s from the living or the after life, but we should definitely be very careful being in areas like Colorado. It’s true Cali is scary but there is most likely a chance you will be murdered out there because these people think they can get away with it. Don’t ever think you’re alone wherever you are. Don’t forget we live in a cruel sick dark world. Take for example the night stalker is REAL & so many people are out there like the night stalker. They are very very quiet. There can be people out there by the bridge like that. Your body will tell you when there is danger near by because it’s in our natural survival instinct to protect ourselves. You are picking up bad energy. Someone is stalking you so please be very careful out there. It’s not paranoia or “ghost” stuff.

For someone who had personally experienced being 'haunted' I can definitely say that whatever is following you is not a 'friendly'. It has latched on you because you are currently facing either or emotional breakdown/depression/loneliness/basically dark emotions. They tend to get 'attracted' and see this as an opening. And no, your mind is not playing tricks on you. They like to isolate you and make you doubt/afraid of things. They are different entities by the way, not just spirit or demon. I am hoping that what you are experiencing is only a spirit. Because if it's a demon or the likes, I would advise to seek professional help and have your place bless or cleanse. My parents brought me to a local shaman to get rid of the entity that was latched on me when I was kid and it came back when I was in highschool. I was having a rough time during that time but I am clear in the head so I know I didn't imagine any of it. I am now an adult and I don't feel its presence any more. I still experience the 3am wake up call but not so often than before. The experiences I had, made my eyes open that we're not really alone in this world and we need to respect each other's boundaries/territories.

I grew up in a farm town in Florida where they're were panthers in the woods (they get spotted now and again) and the denser part of the woods they frequent is right behind the cemetery and let me tell you they sound like children screaming and it's horrifying to hear when walking alone through the cemetery

I know Shane has some controversy concerning his past, but his conspiracy theory videos and these types of videos were what made my childhood and pre-teen era fun. My friends and I adored this type of content; it’s more real than most RUclips videos and more immersive. I know we can’t change the past, but I still enjoy these videos.
