I love how you named the paper dolls!! So fun!! I wasn’t a 100% liking your background at first but the MAGICALLY it transformed into beauty!! Thank you for sharing your process!! Love the finished project!! ❤️❤️❤️
I just found your RUclips and never heard of the Trading Coins and I already love them. Your background turned out great and I love that your gave all your "lost relatives" names. Can't wait to create some of these.
My daughter in law used to have SEVERE migraines and you are right about dilating capillaries! The RN at the hospital says that if you feel one coming on, get the BIGGEST coffee (or Latte) that you can find because caffeine DOES dilate the capillaries and opens them up for the blood to flow better! :)
Hello Mike! I was sent here by the lovely Tammy Brackett and I Love the coins! I’ve just recently gotten back into crafting after a a back injury left me disabled. Art is therapy for me (when I’m feeling capable enough. LOL) Anyway, Loved the coins, the backs that you designed and I’ve Subscribed. By the way... have suffered from migraines most of my life & finally decided to try Botox & it really has helped! It’s lessened the intensity & frequency. I get the shots every 3 months. (I’ve tried asking the Doc to slip and get the wrinkles around my eyes but he starts rambling about ethics! Drat!) Have a great day! ❤️🦋🌈
Love them. The names made me laugh so hard I choked on my cuppa. Brilliant Mike that soooo cheered me up. Goodnluck with the migraines. Only get the odd one now and again if I get really stressed. They are not nice.
I love how your Coins turned out, Mike. I'm using the smallest Paper Dolls on some Coins for a swap coming up in July. I also have several completed that I made after I saw Joanne of CraftyHodges video a few weeks ago. I love making these. There's something about the circle shape that seems to focus the eye. As much as I like ATCs, I much prefer the circles. Thanks for sharing yours. BTW, I thought for sure the dog would be named "Vicious", lol.
I don't know if this information will help you, but I too suffered from crippling migranes, as did one of my sisters and one of my brothers. But when we each turned 55 the migranes mysteriously just stopped. Don't know why, just very happy they have. I know you're years off that age.... but there is an end in sight. Loved your coins. Thank you.
Love that you named your people! I will have to try these coins, especially now that I have a use for the paper dolls! Also, so glad you created the backs of the coins to fill in. I have a stamp for ATCs, but thought I'd have to wing it on the coins. Thanks for sharing ... love your sense of humour.
Oh Mike you’re so funny you make me laugh. You’ve made my day. Love your project. Anita ps I suffered with severe migraines for years. I used a epi pen style injection for my headaches it worked miracles. Very expensive but worth it. “Imigran” is the name.
This was a very fun video, Mike! Loved the coins. As a fellow migraine sufferer I have to tell you a new medication was recently released in the US. The first one of its kind to prevent migraines. It is called aimovig. I just started it today. I will let you know if it works. Here's hoping!
I absolutely LOVED this video Mike!!! Please do more! I love ATC’s, and enjoy making them. You should host a trading coin swap! As if you have the time, but that would be fun wouldn’t it?! Your coins turned out amazing💕
o mg I did not realise you were following the alphabet for missions lol . love these coins and using my favourite dolls too. I was always told coffee gave me migraines. hmm chocolate too and oranges and cheese , red wine . maybe someone was just taking away all the good stuff. lol. t f s
Not sure who the first was to make these, but first saw them beginning of May.We had to make some as part of a big swap for May on fb 'Nina Ribena's art journal prompts and more' 😄( she has RUclips video's too). Had to smile with the bubble wrap as I did exactly the same a few days ago 😂.Love the backs for the coins! 😊
Hi Mike, I just made 5 atc in the round using your coin atc backs. I loved doing this. I used the 4 new Tracey Scott paints and white accent for the grid in the background. Thanks for the inspiration.
This was my first exposure to ATCoins, Mike. Thank you so much for such a gorgeous intro! I was wondering if anyone has a suggestion for a good swap group that is doing them...... BTW...I nearly spit my gin out laughing, as you were naming the little figures...hahahaha! Big hug, cat
Love making the Artist trading cards but I had not heard of the coins! Also a migraine sufferer. Excedrin contains caffeine so often times I can take that & get in a dark, quiet room with a heat pack & sleep it off. Doesn’t always work but most of the time it does work.
Another youtuber I watch said the same thing about the heat guns I needed a new one so I got a 2 speed hair drier stlye with folding handle one from woodware who have been taken over by creative expressions.
Finished watching and thoroughly enjoyed this. I had actually already done some ATCoins for a swap project in another group I am in and didn't write anything on the back of mine, great idea to create the backs!
love your Shakespeare quote (Me thinks you doth protest too much) :) Will have to try this technique as a background to get blotchy but interestingness. i love my gel plate but i love using other surfaces as a sort of monoprinting surface, or just a card or a brayer. don't use the brayer this way enough. Thanks for the reminder :)
I’ve seen listings for making ATCoins but thought, “Nah, doesn’t sound like any fun.” But for some reason I decided to watch yours and I’m now inspired to add “Snippets” to my list of things to try. Very nice job! Although I do feel that the little girl you named Violet is really called Emmie, short for Emerson, her middle name after her grandmother’s maiden name. But it was an honest mistake :^).
I haven't seen coins yet, so you're my first. I love them. I am wondering... what was that tool you used to ink the edges of the coins? It's nothing I recognize.
Thank you for doing this video - I might going to make some, I bought the backside notes from you - So ……. maybe something is coming to you and Ian in near future? ;) Thanks for all - Mariane
Love Timmy’s little people...The background colors are great!!
😂🤣😂🤣 your flow of consciousness is really funny. Honestly I giggled all the way through this. Love the coins. Hugs for Ian and Mr.Bentley
Sorry, I misspelled that. It’s JOGGLES
Joanne of CraftyHodges is the originator of the "coins" Yours are so cute Mike!
Debbie Bonner you are right
OMGOODNESS! I was so tickled to get the 'Timeless' ATCoin with my purchase. So beautiful even more so in person. Ty ty .....p.s. Hi Mr. Bentley

Rosanna Judah-Elliott I find coca cola works too
Migraine sufferer here and sometimes caffeine can cause migraines...I think the withdrawal from it most likely
Very nice Artist Trading Coins Mike. tfs =^^=
Your sense of humor was especially sharp today! Thanks for the fun.

I 😍 this! And Mike...there is no such thing as too much caffeine! LOL You are definitely a bright spot in my hot Texas day!
Love the names you gave the dolls... the coins are pretty cool too ;)

A joy to watch your video. Thank you for sharing.
These are so stinkin' cute! Wonderful use for those tiny paper dolls! Great ideas as always; thank you for sharing.
Live your coins and the back for them that you made. I purchased a stamp from Joggles recently for doing the backs of the ATCoins.
Love them. The names made me laugh so hard I choked on my cuppa. Brilliant Mike that soooo cheered me up. Goodnluck with the migraines. Only get the odd one now and again if I get really stressed. They are not nice.

Super coins Mike!
I like your coins and thanks so much for creating the round info backs! Hmmm..... Maybe Linda will bring you back some goodies!
TFS♡♡♡♡♡
I made quite a few of these in another group. They are so much fun!
Love that you named your people! I will have to try these coins, especially now that I have a use for the paper dolls! Also, so glad you created the backs of the coins to fill in. I have a stamp for ATCs, but thought I'd have to wing it on the coins. Thanks for sharing ... love your sense of humour.

So glad to see you are feeling much better. Love what yiur silly attitude. As Mr. BENTLEIGH TELLS ME "it is good to be silly"
These are very cute and inspire me to make some. Thanks -Marsha from Texas
Great fun! Have you ever used the backside of the paper dolls? Paint them black for shadow people, or glue fabric to them and paste on different faces
Yes I have used the backs quite a few times!❤️
I really enjoyed these. I'll have to try it. Thank you

Hi Mike, I love this technique and I am going to hope over to your website to order the backs.

LOVE love love, especially the reference to Poirot's secretary! :D
Albert and Vera did it. In the library. With the lead pipe. Cuthbert and Cecil helped.
Not sure who the first was to make these, but first saw them beginning of May.We had to make some as part of a big swap for May on fb 'Nina Ribena's art journal prompts and more' 😄( she has RUclips video's too). Joanne "crafty hodges"
Love these! What a great way to use the tiny paper dolls!
Careful Mike these are addictive 😀 I did them for Nina Ribena's May swap and they are so much fun.
Very fun and I like Caffeinated Mike! 😁☺😃
Mike, these are fabulous, thanks for showing us how to do the background first. Knowing me, I would have punched out first then did the background lol
I just signed up for my first coin swap. Thank you . You are so inspiring.Hugs.
Awesome! Thank you

What fun, Mike. I think these are more intersting than the ATCs as you have to think more about the focal point fittiing in the circle :).
Bejay xx
Someone is feeling better!😊🇨🇦
My heattool sounds also very strange ,also brandnew. Weirdd, But i love your artwork 😍
Nice job! I was willing you to call the dog 'Buster' ... but you didn't hear me all the way over here in Texas! Thanks for sharing!!!!
I could have sworn you were going to say "Sid" and "Nancy." But your names are all hilarious anyway!
These are lovely, I have enjoyed making these ,,.xx
Like the technique.

love the names of the dolls!!!
I love them, Mike!

Absolutely love them 🧡 Thank you for sharing yet another project for me to try. What background paper did you use if you don't mind me asking?
Love these Mike. Tfs x
Hello Mike, New subscriber here I really enjoyed this video great inspiration I'm doing my first ATC coins for a SWAP. Thank you.
Love these , first time seeing the coins. Beautifully done. Tfs.😊
I enjoyed your chatter today.
Pretty :)
I remember doing this in grade school... like 1983
Another youtuber I watch said the same thing about the heat guns I needed a new one so I got a 2 speed hair drier stlye with folding handle one from woodware who have been taken over by creative expressions.
I love making the coins, I love the fact they are round and small but look cool once finished, yours look fabulous xxx💕
Uuuh...I'd love one of those ; )
Very good! Love your sense of humor!
Love these, Mike. Can you post a link to your friend's AT Coin hop? I enjoy the circle shape.
Love it you've had too much coffee!!!!
Turned out great. I’ve made some as well for a swap on an io group. I’m addicted to them and ended up making others.
Finished watching and thoroughly enjoyed this. I had actually already done some ATCoins for a swap project in another group I am in and didn't write anything on the back of mine, great idea to create the backs!
I love the way these turned out. Will definitely have to try to make some.
love your Shakespeare quote (Me thinks you doth protest too much) :)
Will have to try this technique as a background to get blotchy but interestingness. i love my gel plate but i love using other surfaces as a sort of monoprinting surface, or just a card or a brayer. don't use the brayer this way enough. Thanks for the reminder :)
I'm guessing the coins are 2.5 inches so they can fit in a trading card sleeve, like an ATC.
wow amazing.. you still have coins left??
I’ve seen listings for making ATCoins but thought, “Nah, doesn’t sound like any fun.” But for some reason I decided to watch yours and I’m now inspired to add “Snippets” to my list of things to try. Very nice job! Although I do feel that the little girl you named Violet is really called Emmie, short for Emerson, her middle name after her grandmother’s maiden name. I am wondering... what was that tool you used to ink the edges of the coins? It's nothing I recognize.
Me thinks you had too much caffeine! lol loved the video
Love them !
Now I need that punch
Thank you for doing this video - I might going to make some, I bought the backside notes from you - So ……. maybe something is coming to you and Ian in near future? ;) Thanks for all - Mariane
