El Nino in High Stakes sucks in handling as well as looks. It is also not the fastest car as it barely touched 160. McLaren F1 is the fastest as it can go 180+

The central exhaust you see is cooling vents for the batteries. The actual exhaust is integrated with rear diffusers. They are notably different in colour than the rest of the carbon fiber diffuser. The batteries are supplied by Rimac.
