I’ve used the Michael’s make market diamond glue before. You did an awesome job with this! Put your canvas on your light pad and it will warm up the glue a little to help it move a wee bit easier. My tree of life canvas is like that, hard to move the drills in place. 4 abs and that’s why I’m slow on it!

I recently purchased a 40x70 from Temu and it had the clear cover... didn't say in the description if it was poured glue or double sided adhesive, but I bought it thinking that if it has the clear cover that it's poured glue. I'm learning that is not the case anymore... double sided adhesive usually has the opaque cover but not always. I've had 2 or 3 now that have come w/ a clear cover and are double sided adhesive. I put them away, at the bottom of my bin, not sure I even wanted to try and do them... now I can try and fix them like this! Thanks!! 🙂

This was fantastic. I just did a custom Diamond painting for my grandson and did not realize it was not poured until I got it. It was so hard to work on but my time was limited to complete it. I will keep this in mind for the next one. Thank you so much💕💕

I went back on your videos to see how you did this. Ali express as far as I’ve seen has mostly double-sided adhesive. I only work on the poured glue. The first canvas I purchased was a double sided adhesive. I still have it and may try this procedure on it. Thank you for showing this. Peace and love abide with you 💕

You dont know until you try. Frinds and i have a yearly pinterst weekend. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. But always fun. Dont be afraid to fail on or off camera.

Very interesting. I have seven canvases, that I bought back in the day, from various shops of Aliexpress, and I never did them, because of the double sided adhesive. One image has been redone by DAC, but could try this stuff on the others.
Thank you for this, have a canvas that looked like it got caught in a conveyor belt. It was stripped of cover/glue/printed symbols. Temu refunded me...but want to try and see if it can be saved.
It wasn't very hard to remove. It took about 15 minutes or so to remove. You just start to peal a little section and then start to roll it down. Thanks so much for watching.

Stupid question but how do I know if it poured glue or double sided tape? I have done a few DP and seriously can’t tell the difference ?
When you said parchmount do you mean the one that you use to cook stuff in the oven and if so how do you apply it thank you 😊
I use parchment paper on mine
Yes, you can use regular parchment paper, but DON'T use wax paper. Wax paper will stick. Thanks for watching.
