Hi John, thank you for your informative video and teachings. I just listed a commercial property for lease. The current tenant is resistant to having me post a FOR LEASE sign in the storefront. He claims it will hurt his business reputation. When I reviewed the lease, I saw no wording that prevents me from putting up the sign. The property is in a heavy foot walking area and is a really good marketing opportunity of which I would like to take advantage. How would you handle the tenant in this scenario?
