My comment on this project is when Maharashtra Government and Developers allot the property to eligible residents of Dharavi, should have close that residence can’t transfer or sell property for 20 years. If they choose to vacant property early, have to give back to Maharashtra Government so government will allot to eligible qualified family who meets all criteria.
मुंबई में जो लोग भी बाहर से आ कर अवैध रुप से रह रहे है उनको यहाँ से बाहर कर देना चाहिए क्युकि एक तो उनके कारण मुंबई में बहुत भीड़ होती जा रही है गंदगी बढ़ रही है और नाजायज कब्जा जमीनों पर हो रहा है और फिर उनसे खाली करवाना मुश्किल होता है मुंबई का विकास नही हो पा रहा है सरकार को इस पर सखत कदम उठाने चाहिये

yes. government should consider this loop hole. otherwise people will go back to zopad patti again.

yes. the solution is government should give them on 50 or 60 yr of lease. so if anyone moves away, they can't sell or rent the property.
