😂This group of artist - saw them with my dad before he passed. He was so intrigued and had never seen him in all of his 92 years (almost 93) enjoy tv so much. He saw with me this group of artist doing the ice show. They did every tune, just like the true Beatles. Thank you for the memories guys!

These guys have imagined what the Beatles would played like during the those years of no concerts. I appreciate their effort and thank them for their dedication.
I saw these guys last night at The Villages Fl and it blew my mind. Fantastic in every respect. It is interesting that "Paul" is now playing the bass left handed.
and SHOULD be since McCartney is Left handed, it looks wrong seeing all three guitars going in the same direction. It sort of spoils the illusion. The front three in the Beatles, left to right....Paul with the neck of his bass pointing left, George, then John with the necks of their guitars pointing right. Wouldn't you agree that is the look we have all seen with the real Beatles. So then, with a tribute band who is portraying each Beatle, should also being playing their instruments in the same direction as the Beatle they are playing. I mean, if a "John" or a "George" was playing LEFT HANDED guitar, THAT would look wrong and spoil the illusion as well. Just saying.
One of my life's regrets is that I never got to see the Beatles in concert....but after seeing this magnificent performance by "Rain" I feel like I Have.... Thank you guys.!! Beatles...and "Rain" Forever !!!👍🎸😎
Their lead guitarist (George) was absolutely fantastic. Would love to see this band play. I was 12 when they did Sullivan in 64. So many of us that were there as teens are slowly dying out. Great to see how many young kids today can still love great music compared to what is out there today.
Exactly! I was raised on all kinds, Beatles (more of a Stones fan, lol), anything from Sinatra all the way to Metallica. You’re right the “music” of today isn’t music

For about a minute I didn't notice that Paul was playing the bass right-handed! That's how good these guys are! They sound absolutely amazing!!
Interesting. He played the bass left handed at the show I just watched. I suspect he’s right handed but learned to play left handed for authenticity. If so, that is true dedication!

These guys are amazing, awesome musicians, they are doing a great job with the tribute to the Beatles. I was a teenager when the Beatles hit the scene. I became a big fan. Ringo and George were my favorite Beatles, Ringo’s unique drummer style caught my eye and thats why i wanted to be a drummer myself. George’s lyrics were awesome, especially ‘My Sweet Lord’. I could listen to this music all day long and I did, nowadays there is really nothing worthwhile to listen to anymore for me.
Thank you Rain for giving an elderly woman a jump-start on life again….I used to dance to this music all the time, now I’m lucky if I can hobble along through the house….ugh….😢

I’ll admit I’m not a huge Beatles fan (you won’t find any Beatles love in my house), but when I saw Rain, I was VERY impressed! You can tell they’ve studied it to the core. Much respect to you guys
This is simply unbelivable! I'm a huge fan of the European "Fab Four" Tribute Band, and they're absolutely great and may look a little more like their idols, but these RAIN - guys just sound unbelivably AWESOME!!! And being a musician myself, I know, that the Beatles' Songs aren't as easy, as they may sound - they're especially pretty hard to sing...but these guys just nail it!!! Listen to the Analogues, they too relive the Beatles, with perfect harmony. This Rain is an Amazing group of musicians. Excellent performance.

Hello Beatle Fan!! Listen to THAT!!!!! The beginning of the changing of the guards!! The Beatles. I remember, I believe I was in my late teens, I'm 68 now, but "Rain" played at Knott's Berry Farm!! No kidding!! Didn't see them ever, but the buzz in Orange County was their beginning here in the Southland!!!! No kidding!!! Ask someone who""really" knows!!!! But this afternoon, Sunday, Nov. 5th, 2023, I'm watching this "Rain" on RUclips & believe me, I have my doubts that they are performing without help from fill-in tapes and all!! Saw them some years back in a college in California. They were better in person then in a video. It was surreal! Thought my wife and we’re transported back to the 60’s. The 60’s were shinning times they were!!

Just got home from seeing them at the Fox Theater in St Louis. It was an absolutely amazing show! I've seen all of my favorite bands live, except the Beatles. Since I was born in 1970, seeing them live was never a possibility. I feel like this covered that. Thank you so much for bringing me back to the songs my mother should know. My voice is horse from singing for the entire show! lol
I've seen many shows at the Fox in StL, myself, though I don't live there anymore. I was born in '63, so I have a few years on you.

I've seen Rain 4 times in last ten years, hope to see them again (I'm 72). Definitely worth the price of admission if have the opportunity to see.
Just got back home from their show in Chicago. It was awesome!!! These guys are incredibly talented. Do you guys play different songs at each show? Would’ve like to have heard Let It Be. Maybe next time?? Highly recommended to even casual Beatles fans.

It certainly moved me and brought memories flooding back because it’s really close to it.

Not sure if this was always the case, but from the 2 (soon to be 3!) rain shows I’ve been too, they strictly prohibit and enforce no photos or videos of any kind. This applies to all of their shows as well. Hope this helps!
Technically, Rain doesn't allow people to record their shows, that's why it's hard to find videos from more recently. There's a few videos out there, but they technically weren't supposed to record it.

I’m with you, I’m 74, becoming a big fan of the Beatles ever since I saw them on the Ed Sullivan show…..bought as many records I could get and even had a little 4 piece band version of them in mini figurines…lol.
I saw a journey cover band recently, they were good but they said we’re just going to let you know we make mistakes just like regular bands. Most cover bands do a lot of lip-synching and we don’t. Makes me think because boy this sure sounds like Paul. I’m not a cover band expert. Hard to imitate orchestra music as well as they did.George’s transformation at the end was great!
Saw them a couple times in the 1990s at community centers in rural Northern California when I was a teenager. They were great then and Joey Curatolo, Ralph Castelli and Mark Lewis were still with the band.

When I close my eyes, I still hear a band imitating The Beatles. It's very well done. But come on? Anybody who says if you close your eyes you would think it's the Beatles, doesn't have a very discerning ear. I thoroughly enjoyed their performance though.
Yes, the same here. It's definitely not the Beatles but a good performance to act like them anyways. I have seen other bands that were closer in portraying them. But still a good tribute band for what it's worth.

The only things about this version of the RAIN tribute that bug me is the right handed Paul, and more so, how they cut parts of the songs out
Yea, when it was on TV, not all of them made it, but luckly someone was able to resurface it.
The shortened versions bug me too, especially the earlier songs which weren’t that long to begin with.
What are they doing with the time saved?
I went once when these guys were still the members. Now, they have a left-handed bassist, but he still plays guitar righty. That doesn't bother me as much now as it did back then, though. It's HARD to find a Paul that naturally plays left-handed, so the Pauls usually have to learn it.
The shorter versions of songs, however, I'm not a huge fan of. They still do it to this day as far as I can tell. However, it allows for more songs to be played, so I'll take whatever I can get, I guess.
Outstanding ! Originality gets a 10 from me. But on another note All my lovin could have had a more upbeat tempo. Seemed a bit draggin. But i love this band and if they come around the chicago or milwaukee area i will definately go see them.
