    Agree that quarantine is important. interested in your choice of QT - Did you consider the Two tank method? what swayed your decision?

      Hey Robert - thanks for watching. If you mean the Tank Transfer method - that can totally work, don't get me wrong. I like the stability a single tank provides for the fish, without all the transfers between tanks, which can be stressful. If that stress is more or less than the medications one would otherwise use, I don't know. I shy away from copper, so typically use general cure and CP. Honestly I've never tried to implement the TT method, so I can't really speak ill of it over any other QT method. The extra work (LOL), maybe higher cost in salt, usually smaller QT tank which may limit being able to QT larger fish, and how the constantly changing environment would effect a fishes ability to settle and start eating are probably my main concerns. But, all that is surmountable and it obviously is a very effective QT method for some people when done right.
