The horse and the elderly lady just shows how kindness works in both directions. Animals are the best therapy ever. Kudos to the people who started the ball rolling with that. And thank God for those who continue it.
Animals have an amazing sense of what people need and the empathy to back it.
I was in rehab for a month. After that second week, I would have done some REEEEELY sketchy stuff just for an hour with my dog.

There is a Unwritten rule for 'Normal' Horses and that is you can't be over 90 or some say 100 kgs to Ride its a Good Rule cus the Horse Doesn't need Injuries that could be a Consequence of such Stupidity. 😮😢 Same as Skydiving Tandem if too fat you ain't getting on That 🪂

I worked with elderly and mentally impaired until I was assaulted and had to have multiple surgeries on my neck but the BEST time I remember was miniature horses interacting with the patients. They were calm, loving and comforting?
Funny thing about the horse turning the tap on, some horses prefer running water because it's fresher. Sometimes my mare would drink from the hose on the ground rather than the bucket I'd filled up- honestly I don't blame her.
I didn't know that. Cats are the same way, some prefer running water.
Sooo many Gorgeous Horses and Fumbles to laugh and comment on just one, so i Have to say i just LOVE it when they take Horses to Visit the Elders in our Community's and watch them Instantly Bond with them. 😊 You can see that Lady just Lovin giving the Horse a Kiss 💋 on the Nose as it stays quiet and still as She does it, BEAUTIFUL MOMENT 🥰🐎🐴 Horses feel Your Spirit and Know when their Safe with you so thats how they Respond in Kind. Just cus One Gets Older Doesn't mean they've Lost the Passion and Thrills that they had as a Young Person, they Feel in their 20's or 30's Mentally its just the Bloody Body that gives away Their Age! Horses are a Wonder and can Give hours of Entertainment keep Posting them. 🐎🐴🥰💞🦋🌈😁😉😊

Horses can be a real howl! The funniest thing I ever did with my mare was to give her a handful of peanut butter. I just smeared it on the roof of her mouth and watched her antics as she licked and licked! She would beg me for my peanut butter sandwich, which gave me the idea.

Riding a horse with two people was a bad idea! 😬 The horse was struggling and it’s just not fair to overload them. Remember, a horse can only carry about 15-20% of its body weight. Let’s show some respect and care for these amazing animals! 🐴❤️
That Horse carrying two large people is going to have major Back issues if those two overweight people don’t stop riding it together. Believe it or not Horses do have limits to the weight they can carry. When I see things like this I want to scream, STOP PUTTING so much weight on that poor Horse….
it's not their horse...pretty sure it's one of those ' horse riding tour ' things (evidenced by the line of horse riders in front of them). they paid money to ride a horse through the tour. not their fault the horses handlers are incompetent. (maybe too harsh on the handlers as with today's societal pressure if they said there's a weight limit would probably get called out on social media for fat shaming ) /shrug

It’s called trick riding. Very common in the rodeo world. You have to go very slowly to train the horse in the different positions. Not abusive at all

Scaring a horse or your own horse is just cruel. And two chubby people on one medium size horse isn't a good idea. And a full grown man on a pony? What the hell was he thinking. And he paired it with, or somebody else paired it with sounds of a race car. That poor pony took off like a bad out of hell because that chubby man was breaking his back.

The only thing I can say as an eq everytime an person sat on the horse with a saddle it was Abuse! Nothing funny abt a person or two persons sitting on a horse having „fun“ while the horse fights to stay on his legs… and the person who sat on the shetty who got bucked of is abusing his horse as it is a thing. For ppl dont getting it:
1. he is too big
2. shettys can only handle weight until 50 kg
3. he doesnt know anything about eq

Those two fat people on that poor horse was disgusting. I am overweight and wouldn't dream of getting on a horse, maybe except for a shire. Then again I have not ridden for about 24/25 years. I do miss it. I used to love riding and miss it so much. Being 58 now and full of arthritis it is impossible. I would think I'm dying from the pain as you use every joint and muscle in your body.
