      You are welcome. Not sure what you mean by RACHING procedure. If it is Random Access Procedure, in LTE Attach Part 3 initial portion provides an overview of how the random access procedure works (at a high level).

    Hi Irfan, under GTP-C you mentioned UDP protocol .....why we are not using SCTP(25th minute video) ? in other signalling cases between UE and MME we are using SCTP please clarify.

      SCTP is used between the ENB and MME. One of the main reasons was that SCTP natively supports "multi-homing", i.e. there can be two different paths between the eNB and MME as part of one "SCTP socket". This provides reliability. In the core network, the MME and SGW are probably in the same data-center and hence "multi-path" support is not needed. Hence GTP-C uses UDP and not SCTP.
