Mr. PPC, I hit my cable line so many times because the cable contractors use a flat shovel to tuck the line just below the surface despite their order saying 3-6". So, I rented a trencher, had a dig safe filed, and put a 3/4" PVC line in-ground 12-18" deep. No more problems.
Good job, Paul. Thanks for showing us the dud. I had one this fall that didn't come in like I'd like. Combination of dry weather, windy days that affected sprinkler spray patterns and several cold nights.
We got like 12 inches in 3 weeks back in September. Everything jumped right out of dormancy. There was quite a bit of loss so we where busy till the middle of October with seeding.
🤣 Free pizza?!? Nice swag! Great vid like always Paul. Love the fescue this time of year! Darn leaves are a pain as well. Even though I don’t want to and I’m not set up for it but I’m thinking about getting into leaf cleanup possibly that way I don’t have to deal with the same thing.
Do you ever wish you permagreen handled like your stand on mower regarding fluid motion and controlling ; starting stoping; backing out, keeping hands on controls? in general?thanks i am new opener of permagreen. Having difficulty after 10 years of stand on mowers.
I’ve hit my share of irrigation lines myself. I laughed pretty hard when you said the irrigation guy thanked you for the business!! Lol. Do you have soil tests on the dud lawn? 🧢👍🏼❤
Great video You may have mentioned it before but what area do you service I live in the north part of Georgia and lot of our yards have gone dormant early Do I still need to put some fertilizer down?
I’m in eastern NC. If it’s a warm season lawn such as Bermuda, centipede, staugistine, zoysia etc … it doesn’t need any Nitrogen fertilizer over the winter
You’re reading my mind today. I was going to ask two questions earlier, but about the time I started to type, you answered them. Do you get your humic at Triangle Chemical also?
They may have some. Greene county fertilizer sells it but they have to ship it and that gets expensive. Some ag suppliers have it under different brands like Helana has Hydrahume. Meherrin has humic supreme
Was that first one a new customer? One time I seeded a lawn and hardly anything came up and what did just never took off. Went back through what the prior company had done and they did a really late application of dimension that messed it all up.
Yeah it a new one but I don’t think they had anybody spraying it before… I haven’t been skunked this bad on a fescue yard before… but have been plenty of times on warm season grass seed
Hey Paul,...how'd you make out with the lawns that you used the Annew on.. I have such an issue up here with Poa annua and triv. I tried the Annew back in 21 and I have it back again.... Wish I could get that Triple Threat up here in NJ, I swear it's the Johnathan Green seed I was using.....
Hey Paul, how's your late overseeding coming along? BTW, the cable and irrigation companies bury their cables and water lines shallow intentionally. My cable line was cut by an aerator so i watched the cable installer run a new cable, and made sure he set his machine to a depth of 6".

They are terrible about putting those lines on top of the ground
I have a mulching set up for my 725K like you're describing. Works pretty good...
You the man Paul. Pete ain’t got nothing on you!
Pete is my buddy … and a solid dude
Very humbling experience when you (we) have duds in our business. Thanks for sharing this video. You're still one of the best in my book!
Thanks!

Lots of them were sucking in October here it’s been dry up till now
I enjoyed the rock juice segment
You would

That looks good Paul, great job!!!!!
Oak leaves IME can make the soil a bit acidic over time. Keep an eye on the PH levels when mulching alot of leaves...
More rain lately than all summer.. Go molasses
It’s definitely about time. My pond is still down about 3 feet
It looks like you are really busy now. Good luck with it!!
It’s good to be busy
Your alive again!
Thank you.
Great video
You do nice work brother.👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Thanks buddy!
They are looking sharpe!
They are shaping up with a little rain. Have you started getting any rain up your way

What do you use to control poa annua this time of year having just seeded. I seem to have a ton of it.
Stay tuned for the next video
Looks like your still in fertilizing mode on your properties. Curious when, or if, you will start putting down fall preemergent.
Already done on warm season lawns …. I don’t do one on fescue

The Anuew works pretty good.. now is a good time of year to put out something like poa constrictor for poa annua
@@PaulsPrimeCuts I overseeded a couple weeks ago, ok to use the Poa Constricter??

Maybe it is just me.
I think it’s ok … maybe you tuned so early the audio hadn’t loaded yet? Trust me I know all about computers 😂
Watch where you shoot it..sage advice. Have had my fair share of employees not take it.
I shot it on a new white vinyl fence one time… looked like the shart scene in Bad Grandpa
We keep a flowzone with water to do any rinsing we may need. Portable pressure washer..lol
