Resale Rabbit; the freezer I have now and my previous one, they vacuum seal every time the door shuts. When a few seconds passes it's easy to open the door again.
There's no vacuum seal. What happens is that the when you open the door the chilled inside air dumps out and is replaced with rwarm room temp air and when you close the door that warm air immediately cools and contracts creating a vacuum.
Improvements to a building and installation of fixtures by a tenant become part of the rental structure and thus the property of the landlord. The good news is that mobile signage is not part of the structure or facilities. The bad news is that the water bottle filling station you installed is now a fixture and part of the facilities.
When you shut the freezer door and hear that sound and are unable to open the door, that’s typical and indicates it’s working as it should. Someone’s getting a bargain!

My refrigerators freezer has not worked right for 2 years. It keeps melting my food & I have to throw it away. Do you have another small freezer for sale ? I want to move the big fridge out of here and get a mini freezer.
At this point if I think I got overcharged for something I just assume I'm missing something I forgot about or not I'm not understanding it right. I don't want to think how many times I forget what I bought recently & had to back track to figure it out.
I wouldn’t necessarily say your landlords has it out for you, I just don’t think they want to put money into the complex. I think it’s similar to an HOA wanting things to look exactly the same in a subdivision. If you do something to make it look better the other tenants will want the same treatment. If you update your portion of the premises then others will want there’s updated, or maybe not, and they might not be able to afford it. Of course the landlord could update things all around, but I mean that would cost money and I mean they are not going to want to put money into a place to make it look better. On a side note, as someone who recently found himself job less, I’d totally apply for Tim’s job if I wasn’t out of state. You seam like a great guy to work for. Of course that’s just from video’s, but it seams like a fun environment.

Mystery clothes boxes. Jam a bunch of those clothes on $2 dollar day and put in $50 boxes (25 pieces of clothes). Could also split into Womens/Mens/teen/boys/girls infant etc.
My thought - why would the landlord WANT your sign. Has nothing to do with any other business, unless newbie's would paint over it? I think your musings in the previous bid, to eliminate $10, maybe start at $7 day may be the right steak and shake to go!
Most of the cost of a sign is the parts that don’t have my logo on it. You can easily replace the graphics for any sign you want. The graphics are like $500. The sign itself is $5-10k
Not gonna lie, I'm one of those people that wouldn't pay $60 for a mystery box. Your price kinda shocked me, but only because I can get them for $30 locally. And that's retail as a customer, no bulk/pallet discount. But I should add that they are a wholesaler with a direct amazon contract that also does a bin store, so no FOB cost or anything, so not really a fair comp to you.
