Scrutiny of the police, (where there's no interference with their duties), is not an arrestable offence. The fact that, in this case, he's been, 'warned', previously not to be around the police, despite it not being a criminal offence, is slightly worrying. Whatever the police do in public can be observed by the public. There is no right to privacy whilst on duty. If a member of the public wants to document the police doing their job, then there's nothing from a legal point of view that's wrong. The act of threatening such an individual by way of forcing him to escort a police officer to his home address, purely out of spite to try and shame him in front of his parents is not police procedure. This copper might think he's doing it, 'for his own good', but he's acting outside of the duties as an acting police officer using a form of coercion against activities which are not unlawful. When I was a teenager I was walking down my local road to my girlfriend's house to see her on her birthday. Between me and my destination police had stopped a suspected drug dealer in a car and were 'processing' him. I walked to the other side of the road so as to give them space but continued past them to my destination. One of the police's 'spidey-sense' went off when they saw me (skater jeans and a hoodie) and they ran over, arm-locked and handcuffed me and told me I was being detained on suspicion of taking part in a drug deal with the guy they had stopped. They searched me, unwrapped my girlfriend's present and questioned my intentions. After finding nothing and annoyed that they had got it wrong, they spitefully ordered me to turn around and walk back the way I came (preventing me from going to my girlfriend's house on her birthday, which they knew was my intention). I was never rude to them, I didn't shout, swear, struggle or anything else and the road hadn't been closed off as a crime scene. This was pure spite, but I complied and walked home anyway figuring I'd leave it a while then go back out when they'd be gone. I waited 45 mins and left the house again, but as I turned the corner there they were still. I stopped walking but the pig who harassed me earlier spotted me, ordered me to stop, ran over, slammed me face first on the ground and arrested me on suspicion of drug dealing (despite knowing I had no drugs). I spent almost 2 days at the police station, my parents were worried sick until day 2 when the police showed up at the house and turned it upside down looking for drugs. I had my prints and DNA put on the system, I was forcibly strip searched, they gave me 2 cups of water the whole time and no food. They denied me a phone call "in case I warned my accomplices". All this amounted to nothing because I wasn't a drug dealer and so they finally let me out after having their collective 2 day power trip wank-a-thon, but before I left they ordered me never to go near an active crime scene or I'd be arrested, just like this chap has been. How is anyone supposed to know where the police are working? And in any case, why is it a problem? Crimebodge, there's a certain irony in the fact that you would make a pretty good police officer. Certainly a police officer trainer.
If the police were smart, they would work with Crimebodge to make citizens aware of their rights.
But the police are not smart enough to realise that Crimebodge - an informed citizen - should be recognised in the Honours List.
@@threethrushes yeah you’re right. They should have him touring the country giving lectures to officers.
When he said arrest you for harassment, I actually burst out laughing 😂😂
This sounds like a bored policeman and he is talking to an adult as though he was a child. Surely no driver being an adult would expect their parents to be informed about anything unless they requested the police to do such? The Police need educating in the law and courtesy. I find these stops very disturbing and wrong.
It would be good idea to have all the information entailed in this series of videos printed out and kept in the car.
Amazing work as always BODGE, never ceases to amaze me how well crafted and informative your video's are.
How would it be dangerous for him to observe police incidents, are they trying to cover up for something?
They see it as interfering in police business, being petty they try and take your phone if they've seen you recording.
Only their cctv/camera footage is admissible at Magistrate's Court etc
Well so they think, but if they got your phone, they'd delete any recordings an tell you to pass off, after an overnighter with no charge in police custody, to teach you a lesson
@@EdzashedFudwinkle always backup automatically your recordings to a cloud service so you always have a copy :) but dont mention this fact when they proudly tell you they deleted your video
@@knicol46 true, but if seized as evidence, I think? my new phone records on the phone and onto my Cloud, my old 1 did.
The Police are ar$€ho1€$, always will be over assertive pricks.
I'm old now, keep clear of them an misel 2 mysel, I never been good with authority though lol
Mentioning Cloud, is it closing in Feb 2021?
Only know if it as I got this new phone before Christmas logged on to my Google, and that downloaded 8k photos and 6gb videos from Cloud, just a heads up is all 😉
I've binged watched almost all of the videos on crime bodge today and I am absolutely appalled with what I have seen. Seriously what rob is doing here is some great work. Keep up the videos and let's get the most exposure we can on these vile bent coppers.
The more I watch RUclips, the more I can’t stand the police
They do a good job earning the hate don't they lol
In saying my last comment, I just want congratulate Crimebodge for helping the public become aware of flagrant acts of the police breaking the law and hope that more so-called officers start to learn the law before making silly unlawful acts like in this video and perhaps taken to the courts for compensation to the victims. They really don’t understand they are breaking the law and are culpable for their childish petulance do they?
Fuck I love these frequent uploads
Your name! ffs lol
YOUR VIDEOS ARE AN ABSOLUTE INSPIRIATION, INFORMING US THE PUBLIC OF OURS RIGHTS LIKE THIS WOULD BE A LESSON I GOT AN A FOR PARTICIPATION IN SCHOOL FOR, BUT WE ALL KNOW THAT THE SYSTEM WOULD NEVER ALLOW FOR CITIZENS TO BE SO CLUED UP ON WHAT THESE TYRANTS CAN AND CAN'T DO, THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH SO MUCH WITH OUR IGNORENCE, YET THESE VIDEOS ARE MORE WELCOME THAN EVER AT A TIME THESE TYRANTS HAVE TAKEN THAT WORD TO NEXT LEVEL DURING LOCKDOWN.
CHEERS CRIMEBODGE.
Love living in a country where the phrase "I smell marijuana", doesn't mean any more than "I smell a fart".
Crimebodge always giving us the content we need, especially right now. Hats off to you mate
I am going to take you too your parents ? Is the police officer dumb , make it up as you go along . . .
I'd love the Police to order me to take them, to my parents, who doesn't enjoy a trip to the crematorium?
"Go on then, go to my Mum's house and 'knock her up' (in the unlikely event that she fancies a snotty nosed, legally ignorant probationary cop with mummy issues). By the way you do know that she lives in Australia, don't you?"
Thanks for the all the work you do Rob, you are a star mate...
The cop wasn't even smart enough to use the covid restrictions.. just goes to show how dumb he was... Lol
Remember police, camera, action show. Crime bodge needs a show like that.
Thank you for your advice
Thanks you for the excellent content you put out. All your videos are must watch for anyone who is want to lean what we didn't learn in school.
I’ve not been pulled over since 2011, I don’t even know why either.. but if I did get pulled over, I would play this video to them! 😂😂👌
Well what can I say very very well done again on showing the public how corrupt the police force is and thank you for showing the public there legal rights keep up the hard work cheers buddy
Asking questions then not giving him the chance to actually answer
Don't they always!
What's his parents got to do with it? Was he out in his pedal car? 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Anyone else get the dettol spray advert with kid wrapped in balloons after gather said I take you back to your parents.
Excellent advice as always Crimebodge!!!!
Was the incident at baums lane? i don't think the copper repeated the name enough to make it clear,Also we are going to take you home and tell your mam you've been naughty, what a fop that copper is
If I ever need a lawyer I will shout you my brethren
Don’t answer police officers questions.
I love these videos. If I ever get stopped by the police, I'll be ready.
Thank you Mr CB, a good accompaniment to my boiled eggs for breakfast.
Great video, thanks for sticking up for rights and freedom.
Great stuff s always .
Thank you
You truly are an angel against these bullys
my middle finger hurts due to the constant use while the p.o. was speaking
"Are you telling me that police are lying on reports?" I honestly almost wet myself
I'd love them to get me up over something like this i would be giving him some words of advice
HOW CAN COPS WARN SOMEONE NOT TO BE NEAR A POLICE INCIDENT.
One simple question the driver needs to ask this Plodstapo, am I breaking any laws, yes or no?? Simple as that!!
Love these videos. Its enlightening on Police abuse of powers - constantly.
i get the feeling these R gonna B good❣️
"are you telling me the police lie" does a bear shit in the woods?
Where the hell do they get these people from.
Test tube babies 😂
The school of hate
Wet farts.
@@richardtheeighth4431
NICE ONE. 👌😜
@@racitup4114 bob hope and no hope in getting that list
The cops wording at the start made it sound as if the lad was driving a police car haha
Question :
If the car driver is over 16 speaking to his parents ..is that not a breach of data protection act
If he was 18 it would be. Under that he's still a minor if I'm not mistaken.
The quality of content in these videos keeps getting better!
28 dislikes are probably jackboots! Hard cheese.
Keep up the good work, exposing these megalomanics
How old is the lad because if he's 18 or over then the officer has no right to speak to his parents as he's an adult.
LMFAO @ 5:25 "pOLICE ARE NOT GOING TO LIE" ROTFFLOL
What did his Mam and Dad say?
Did you damage the car, please return your parents the car keys.
Enjoying this series Rob. Keep up the good work.

Be careful, don't accept, Jez will use the friendship to pinch Daren Harper's wanker award off you and keep it all to himself.🤣🤣🤣
This happened to me back in 97😂 they followed me home to prove I had insurance etc 😂😂 they had a bet that i didn't 😂 I won that bet

The cop is willing to wake this lads parents up just to flatter his ego. Tells you all you need to know about what kind of person he is.
