I remember way back when Tekken 1 came out for PS1 how incredible looking those endings were. Me and my friends would say to each other "Imagine if actual in-game graphics could ever look as good as this" and thought that in-game gameplay graphics wouldn't look that good until like 2050 or something.
Yeah, computing is probably the fastest accelerating field of inventions. We went from house-sized computers that barely hold a few megabytes of data to M.2 SSDs barely longer than your palm that can hold over a terabyte. Imagine if vehicles improved at that rate.
Paul always had funny aspects to him, but he went from getting speeding tickets to fighting space aliens. The character has gone down hill by an obvious extent.
I know Paul always had ridiculous element to his character and that's cool but like when they treated him like a person fallen from grace in Tekken 4 rather than him just being a really powerful dude who is just really stupid.
There's something deeply unsettling about the whole scene. It's hilarious but the combination of music and the uncanny goofy face has the potential to be nightmare fuel.
Hodgy I know, I saw his "World Record Story Mode Speedrun" vid...but its still a bit funny that he's played the game almost everyday since it came out & has never so much as taken a peek at stuff beyond practice & online mode lol.
To be fair, I don't believe he plays it offline for too much if at all, and while he streams people first of all want to learn from him, so sooner or later he lands in practice mode and people also want to see some good action, this pays his rent. So I can understand that when the stories are not interesting to him (and bad as fuck in T7, not worth the time, jsut unlock the videos lol) he won't "waste" his T7 time on stream to stuff he hates and also people don't care about.
10:00 Lei's Tekken 3 ending was always one my favorites. I remember, years after watching it , seeing a very identical scene from Jackie Chan's "Drunken master". Made me respect the ending even more after I discovered it was a tribute to that movie.

The original King's ending in Tekken 2 was the happiest ending. But its also the saddest ending when you know of his fate post-Tekken 3 and pre-Tekken 3. Armor King's Tekken 2 ending can be consider depressing, also.
After playing every Tekken game and growing up playing with my father before his accident, this made a special part of me happy. Never even noticed these in-game. Thanks Aris :)
