I said something to him pretty mean; he turned and looked at me and proceeded to take his leg off and wave it at me. I apologized profusely, he said it happens from time to time to him. Also said he usually doesn't use the tag often, only when other body parts are in pain and doesn't want the long walk.

Unfortunately we had homicide happen in our town last night and the police helicopter was flying around telling people to shelter place and lock your doors. I use to do this kinda of towing here in Mass just outside Boston in some rougher neighborhoods, the rush you get when you get what I use to call a space stealer is amazing. I hated when they would come running at you because you never knew what they were up to or why they were running at you. Whether it was to attack or ask why. You do a great job keep it up.

Make time charge high enough for work to get out that is not a good idea to park in a handicap spot. As a handicapped person I can tell that there’s a certain demographic group that thinks they’re entitled to park in handicap parking spaces. If you confront them about it they usually respond with actual or threats of violence.
Amazing how the crime is way up in the areas where the police are just laying back and pretty much doing nothing their entire shift because they'll get fired and prosecuted for doing their job.
