Hi, do you use the Quantum often ? I just bought one two weeks ago and the needle glitches and has seizures once or twice an hour while just using the straight stitch. Is this normal for a computerized sewing machine? Thank you

I purchased this machine. I have a question about the machine tension. I have tried all the tension setting. I used both upper and lower thread the same. But a bit of lower thread shows on the upper side and bit of upper thread shows on the lower side. Is it supposed to be like this on this machine ? The stitches are even.For me the ideal tension would be the lower and upper thread will not show on both sides.
Sometimes that happens if the fabric is very very thin or the thread is on the thicker side, even if the tension is correct. Just speaking from experience here.
Where do you clean thread cutter out mine stopped working plz help
Please my computer sewing machine sews well with sewing thread but don't sew well with embroidery thread. What can I do?
Please use color thread so we can see the stiches.

I thiught this machine was more than a strech. Not worth the money if so.
What does that even mean? It's not even that expensive
