I’m a Miele owner for 6 months now , is all I can say is that it’s magic !!!!! You won’t believe it ! It works! Amazing!! You will be so happy. My jaw drops every time I inspect the stains !
I have seen no benefits to this over any other machine. In fact its hilarious watching these owners buy their over priced detergents.

@@carstenhansen5757 Yup, love it. I'll never go back to having to mess about with drawers and pouring too much liquid from bottles

Carsten Hansen - maybe a tiny bit more expensive if you run the numbers, but if so it hasn’t been noticeable.
You can also get a pair of empty cartridges which you just pour you own liquids into if you want, but I don’t bother since the Miele ones give much better results than I used to get with Persil etc.
Does the machine add these liquids automatically during each cycle or only during a specific cycle?
yes every programme comes from the cartridges

Throwing away plastic containers is quite bad, maybe Miele should sell Stage 1 and 2 refill for the reusable containers
They are selling refillable cartridges. They are quite pricey but significantly reduces the use of plastic.

But can you please elaborate on the ingredients used on your detergents? I like the idea of having all my garments so clean, but what is the cost to my body? It is widely known that softener is one of the worst offenders regarding toxic load in our homes. I would be happy to buy your products as I already have a twindos machine (which I like very much), but I can't find anywhere information on the ingredients that your detergents have and I am very careful with what I put on my skin and my family's skin (I have babies at home)
They have a sensitive version now... and its eco.... I need do some more investigation of my own.. but this sounds promising!!
You'll be lucky if you don't get a severe allergy reaction to this UltraPhase detergent. Besides, it smells so bad and strong, you'll never remove it from your fabrics and machine itself. Cleaning and Replacing with the Sensitive one does not help, as machines come with the regular one pre-installed, and it contaminates the whole TwinDos system mixing the allergenic leftovers with the Sensitive one.
I did this same test at home with real coffee. Nothing happened. Why?
I bought this system and after first Twindos phase 1 was finished, i replaced with a brand new Twindos phase 1 cartrige but the machine is not recognising it. I took it out and cleaned the inside where the Twindos Phase 1 goes but no result. Called Miele helpline spent over 40 mintues talking through the options and no result. My Miele is only 2 months old and stopped working.

i think theres some maintenance routine you have to run when you switch cartridges? You should have at least a 2 year warranty on it tho
Having the same issue. 3rd service call in a few weeks. Like the machines, but need to know when the cartridge is running low or empty.
I got my twindos washer and just plugged in my two cartridges. You do need to get inte settings and there are some configuration to be done but after that my twindos controls lit up and it have worked since.

If you dont use the machine for some time the detergent clogs the tubes.
This system really sucks.
I would never buy a Miele with Twin Dos and can only warn others to think twice,
if they would think of buying one.
This system simply just sucks.
Because the tubes clogs.
If everybody stopped buying this crap system it might be taken out of production.
But that is probably to much to hope for.
Fabric softener is environmentally harmful and unnecessary.
If the machine havent been used for som time the tube clogs.
And the tubes have to be cleaned after a while.
And furthermore does an extremely expensive Miele last longer than a cheaper machine?
I think not.
They did 20 years ago.
But not any longer.
My Miele bought in 2016 doesnt work well any longer.
So much for Miele quality.
