yeah for sure with the hamstring curls as first exercise, he loved doing those first (got couple of his programs which all have it pretty much)

I'm 1hour, 43 minutes into this and while watching this I have: Eaten breakfast, completed workout #1, put laundry away, eaten a second meal, and completed workout #2. Amazing effort in the training and the filming and the editing. Endurance workout for everyone!
First video of this kind I've ever seen. I have so much respect for the sacrifice you guys make. I'm not a heavy lifter but this is inspiring in a way that isn't just related to lifting.

longer the better, its an indication of reality better than chopped stuff its less effort needed on your par tin the editing room, plus we get to hear Daves heavy critiques and yelling and thats always hilarious. plus the workouts need to be long to be thorough, because lets face it what people are doing is squats and a quad workout then prance around with the daises for there hamstring work and calves assuming they even do them. i love way higher set training (higher than this even though i dont powerlift anymore) so this is actually the perfect video for my liking,so thanks to all of you for it.

43:48 Dave is right about cooling your hands and feet for better recovery and endurance.
There was a machine invented at MIT or Harvard that had two gloves, each in a small chamber that had a slight bit of vacuum pulled on the glove (and hence the hands in them) while running cool water on the surface of the glove. The slight vacuum allowed the capillaries to dialate enough to have much more blood flow, as the cooling contracts the capillaries and would be counter-productive in conducting the heat away from the blood.
There's a scientific study, that use a hand cooling method (Hands because the veins and arteries are close to the suface) they got about 20 percent extra endurance cooling the body this way. So weird I read that study in college 😅 Dave's right though.
I work outside in Texas, this absolutely works.
There was a clip of a thermal camara on a soilders' forearms while his hand was in a "cold glove" that showed lower temperature blood returning toward the heart. Personally, a "DO try this at home" that works for me is to put water on your ears then walk fowards. Its the same cooling method as elephants.

I never would have thought that I would spend over two hours watching a RUclips video of a complete workout. This is great content. Dave is extremely knowledgeable and he explains in layman’s terms why he has them execute the exercises in the manner he does. Should have had some popcorn.

Fully support long videos! Used to watch Rich Piana's BBTD series every day and those were all 1-1.5 hour long videos, would love more long content to get absorbed into. Really helps put my mind in the right place to be more determined and focused on my goals while watching.

This is the ultimate leg day motivation video. You can warm up, workout, do some light cardio, stretches, cool down, and eat while watching this video. I imagine a lot of people will keep watching this video over and over again on their leg day. Today was my rest day. Now I’m in my garage gym working on my legs.
Wow Dave is a good coach, he literally plans for exactly when you’ll fatigue and has countermeasures for each that don’t compromise the form or focus of the workout.
I almost feel like I should be paying for all this information. Growing up around some of the top lifters in the country makes me understand the value of this and I really hope more people learn what real limits are and where to find them lol

It's funny that Dave brought up the icing hands thing. Recently evidence has been made suggesting that putting the hands or feet into cool water between sets increases performance and muscular gains. I forget what channel I saw this on
