One minute I was listening a random guy on the internet with a word document, another I was watching a masterpiece in the making.

love the channel, always find the viedos so interesting this one reminds of my job, I write a script at work then have to come back to change something in it a few months later and I have to re-read and re-learn the whole thing to understand what on earth I done 😂

The content of todays vlog is exactly the reason why I’m always so adamant about documentation/internal wiki upkeep. X)

Always great to see a update vlog. Game is looking very nicely. I recently started to slowly build up my own adventure game project idea myself. Starting out small in case people might want it to turn into a series. Looking forward to the next update.

I don't know about you, but when I count with my fingers with my palm face up, my thumb points towards the outside ;)
Great update, keep the vids coming, subbed.

I look forward to these videos everything month! It's great to see you tenaciously pursuing this... perhaps less than sane goal! You know people are going to start asking soon; when do we get a tentative release date? (Why not pile some extra pressure on yourself unnecessarily! :P )

Does the Player can block the NPC from walking? Or do they have no collision?

I make videos for my channel for much the same reason :D I figured out how to do something, am going to forget it, and will need to reference it again in future! haha. I'm curious to know more about your drawing skills, which are great - did you have these before you started this quest, or were you already good at this beforehand?

I actually failed art at school! So, I guess anything I can do is self-taught and very non-professional. Thanks for saying they look ok though - the game art is the main thing that I tend to be worried about.

I'm not knowledgeable in any sort but at 10:57, the resolution for eugene isnt it way too high for a game? It is 2k i guess. Is it because your design is targeting 2k gameplay?

It all gets scaled appropriately in-engine, I think!

I made my own engine to work in javascript and html ruclips.net/video/wYOLEanYtq0/видео.html
But to make that feature (to have npcs walk) took ages to program. Especially if you have more than 1 npc walking at the same time so I made “interval events” which could allow any character (playable or npc) to fulfil an action
