I’m a new coach. Until I reached the very end of this video. The one insight for me is, I’m not a new coach. I’m a coach with 20+ years of experience in my niche. That’s powerful! And it makes me more confident already in a blink of an eye. Thank you
Thank you 🙏 My biggest Insight ism Failure belongs to the equation! In the midst of many NOs there is that valueable YES. I watched the video last night and this morning I had a fabulous idea that excited me. Not too much that I wasn’t grounded, but enough to fuel the action and so I put it into practice and continued creating and putting that creation out there. I am in my deep “soul” flow when creating. Not attached to the outcome. Thank you for reminding me of that. ❤
I've been getting to know Rich (through his videos) recently. I really appreciate his quiet, calm manner. Authenticity is a word that gets thrown around a lot these days, but he truly seems authentic to me. His willingness to share not only what works for him and his successes, but also his foibles and things that would be easier left unshared. I also love that he is all about serving people and knowing how valuable it is what he offers... and from there to charge accordingly. Thanks for this interview!
Fabulous conversation! I truly admire the level of honestly and humility you each embody. Not to mention, it's a joy to watch two people live in admiration of one another. Now, I've gotta go...off to get some more no's! Thank you both!
2 BIG insights for me 1) Be you and I am going to apply it by slowing down. 2) Come from the place of "where you want to GET to in future" and show up powerfully. I am going to remind myself more often. Be present be in the NOW. Thanks again guys
It’s so true where Rich speaks about the 100 coaching conversations- the deep inner sense of confidence that people’s lives can change ❤️ I can confirm that!
What a powerful conversation. The take home point for me was being willing to hear 'no' and becoming comfortable with failure and realizing that success is a two-sided coin.
❤ Fantastic interview Ajit. My take-away's are to be less attached, than my client. I’m here to serve, not to please you. Play to get clients after the necessary no’s. What do you/I want to share, you/I don’t want anyone to know about you/me? The future is not a place to get to, but a place come from. If people have an experience with me, they'll know they want more or not. Let me apply it… ❤
Thank you for this video!!!! I am new to coaching and by listening to this gives me tremendous insights! The first one is "Our future is not a place to get to, is a place to come from." This is so powerful! I believe is not the destination or where we want to get to, is what is already in the here and now, and the experience and journey that counts! Secondly, I love the sentence starting with, "What I don't want you to know about me is ..." , when I think about it myself, most of the time we just want people to see the beautiful side of us, and being willing to be vulnerable & sharing things that we don't usually share & don't want others to know about us makes us real and I think that's where the connection begins and miracle starts to occur! Thank you Rich and Ajit for the meaningful & insightful conversation & interview, it really provided me valuable insights on my coaching practices as well as personal life!
Its a great conversation! I can hear the giving of yourself, genuinely. Thank You, I'm new to this avenue, however I've been practicing theraputic conversations for at least 25 years, as a Registered Nurse. Leader to other nurses, and presence as well as patient advocate. I feel a mission for this. This feels like a great way I can pass the torch in my field.
Well I took from this that i fall short of being social. So, now whenever I go out I will make it a goal to have a conversation with at least 3 people, every place I go. And I’m doing all this research on how to be good coach, when there’s no blueprint. I just have to coach .
I've read The Prosperous Coach and loved it. I love Rich Litvin. His approach to coaching so resonates with me!! I liked when he said he only be who he is..and no one else can BE him!! As a coach, building a business, I find when I place my focus on trying really hard to follow someone else's teaching on being a coach, it just doesn't feel good to me. Also, Rich mentioned the 120 questions, where are they posted? Thank you!
Thank you so much! This was great. My copy of the Prosperous Coach is arriving in the mail today! So excited to read it. My biggest insight from the video was to really take the time to get clear about what people REALLY want and dive deep into that question, to peel back the layers until their deepest dreams and desires are revealed and then move from that place of knowing. I BELIEVE IN YOU (4 powerful words) that I know I could use more with my clients. Will be applying those two insights into my coaching practice. Also, could you share that link to the 121 powerful questions? Thank you so much :)
Thank you so much! This video gave me an awesome insight about me coming from a place of huge experience. And helped me to think about how I want to build my community and what conversation I want to have with it.
What cards/game did you play on the Beach Rich? I started coaching today. I'm new to it but I believe I was born for this. I'd appreciate guidance for New coaches. Thanks Evercoach
Today this is the second or third time I have been on here. i was moved by what I saw and what I heard. I have many questions about coaching. However my first question is what do I need to do to become a coach. I am not sure that i know what serving someone is. I can tell you its what i think I do when I am sharing with someone when they ask for advise however I think there is a big difference between sharing something across a table with a friend and being paid to shift them or change something in there life. Can you please direct me to a place where I can start at the beginning than trying to start in the middle. I loved listening to you both and am not sure that I can play at this level however I would like to see if there is a level I am willing to play. Thanks so much for putting this into my world and ask new questions. peace Ruthie

Great question! Both and more :) It's for everyone and anyone who wants to enhance their life with coaching - whether it's for themselves (self-coaching), for existing or new coaches who want to build their coaching business, for individuals who want to use coaching in their current job/career (eg. team leaders or entrepreneurs), and for those who want to explore coaching as a side hustle as well... I have to stop watching your videos Rich. I am a new coach. It is Good Friday tomorrow. In the next 30 days I will schedule 100 powerful coaching conversations. The game begins!
One Insight which I got is ‘Be You’ Don’t try to be someone else!
We ❤ that!
"Be ready to receive NOs, its part of the journey". Thanks Rich
Such an important reminder ❤❤ Thanks for sharing, Harrison!

The insight I received is to slow down when I consume content/learn something new - and reflect on 1 insight I will apply as of then. Thanks

“The future is not a place to get to. It’s place to come from.” This is a good one!
Yes, we love it too! Thanks for sharing :)
What a powerful conversation. The take home point for me was being willing to hear 'no' and becoming comfortable with failure and realizing that success is a two-sided coin.
I heard many golden nuggets in this interview, and what stands out most is how we use the word NO, and what we create from our perception of failure.

Great video!
My biggest takeaway: “I believe in you”.
That’s what I’m bringing strongly to my next coaching session.
AND: “what do you want?”
Beautiful, Jolene! Thanks for sharing ❤

He is really good. There's humility. So often i've come across people who aren't that. And where you don't see humility, you don't expect empathy...

Evercoach is for existing coaches or is it a training to be the coach for those who want to be?
