on "Let's connect you to a network", press Shift + F10 on the keyboard.
In the Command Prompt, type the command OOBE\BYPASSNRO and press Enter.

This worked! Finally a better option. Microsoft should be ashamed of forcing users to sign in using a Microsoft account. Especially when W11 can't be set up.

I couldn't type anything in cmd window, then I figured out I have to first click inside cmd window, then I can type. It worked for me 👍

For me it does not work. It says: " 'OOBE\BYPASSNRO' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file." - I try it on Surface Go 2.

It worked, but not the true solution to solving the real missing network problem.
Very weird and annoying having to do this to enable the secret options.
Also,
It seems my computer has no network adapters detected.
Will have to fix this now.

READ CAREFULLY BEFORE ATTEMPTING THIS FIX!
I had to use the provided MSI USB drive that is provided to everyone in the original box.
My motherboard is the MSI Z790 Carbon WIFI.
So, insert that USB to the computer that is having issues (motherboard) and,
while in Windows 11 for that computer; run the file that is in the MSI USB.
It will take a few minutes and will look like it is not working so give it a good 10 to 20 minutes or click a few times on the screen.
Then it should run the MSI file,
proceed to do the updates that that USB has.

Optional Step:
Try installing the BIOS M-FLASH updates from a different USB.
I went to MSI website and found my motherboard BIOS updates to download.
Unzip the downloaded file,
insert USB with files into motherboard,
you have to boot into the BIOS and find the option in the main screen that says "M-FLASH".
While in the M-FLASH screen, find the folder file with the downloaded newest BIOS updates.
NOTE: I did the optional step first before the final solution to solve the whole network issue.
P.S. I had to retype all of this because RUclips deleted my original comment.

@Juan Lozano bro, it has been 4 months, I can't remember the process anymore. You should try and do the updates or get help from someone who is comfortable doing the updates for the motherboard.
Either way, it's a good skill to have, so I'd say give it a try and all should be good.
