Another great video that sets yet another benchmark! I cannot even imagine a cruise server not offering sour cream and all the other accoutrements for baked potatoes! You will not experience that on QM2. Just my opinion. Great video!!! I hope the Princess powers that be viewed it.

We are hoping this was a one off night for Prime Rib. Some of the meals that we have eaten in the MDR were better than this. Prime Rib is one of the easier meals to prepare. Not Sure what Happened with this one. Thank You For Watching And commenting
At the end of the day is mass feeding, all these cruise lines are cutting back. To be honest the food looks bland. But I’m Latin who grew up in Miami. Lol. The food on Carnival out of Miami has good food and you can even order Indian food off the dinner menu. We are on Crown Princess for ten days to Alaska in July.
We will bring Sofrito and Sazon. Lol

I love real horseradish with a good prime rib. Like you said, it's like a cold wind going through your sinuses. Yeah, we find the food varies of course from the different ships. Thats surprising that they didn't offer condiments to go with the potato. Thanks for sharing.

Would love to try Scottie’s prime rib. I am sure very tasty. Always disappointing when you look forward to a meal and not what you hoped for. Curious in the video there is a background sound that sounds like a table saw starting up? I have heard that before in another of your videos. We were thinking meat must be pretty tuff if using that. Ha! 😉

I was disappointed with the food on that cruise. Couple of dishes were really good but most were just ok.

Q1. Do you think that quality of food is dependent on the kitchen or do you think it the reflects the quality of food delivered to the ship?
Q2. And do you think the grade of the prime rib served in the main dining room is different than in the crown grill?
Q3. Why would there be no butter or sour cream served on a prime rib night?????
We think there are inconsistencies in training and experience Fleet Wide. We were told that 47% of the Kitchen Staff are New Onboard The Crown Princess Hopefully With Time And Experience They Will Improve. The Food delivery is always inspected by the Crew prior to acceptance. The Cuts Of Meat Are Different In The Crown Grill Than The MDR. The Crown Grill Was Delicious Onboard The Crown Princess. I Think They Had That On The Menu Because This Was A Hawaii And Tahiti Cruise. We Had Quite A Bit Of Fruit Items Throughout The Dining Venues. Thank You So Much For Watching
