Flying submarines, hovering islands, floating constructs, a f'kin gundum and the internet beamed directly into and from peoples minds......theres been plenty of stuff that in our world either doesn't exist yet or which motorcycles predated.....how is that, a dj table or a pixelated dragon the thing that bugs people?
I honestly don’t think the modern tech in Natlan is that immersion breaking because we have seen in Fontaine and Sumeru extreme technological advancement (the Akasha is literally a supercomputer), and Khaenriah is even greater than them. And Khaenriah didn’t get destroyed for the technology, it got destroyed because it released the abyss. And an elemental motorcycle is not that surprising.
The only thing I wish is that they actually showed them in the story. So far Mavuika has been the sword/punch/fire blast character with no mention of a motorcycle at all. Same for Chasca and Xilonen (Chasca uses a Saurian to fly in the story, and Xilonen basically never brings up the music aspect). It feels like the story was made before the characters and the characters technology was just tacked on after the fact. The actual tech doesn't bother me personally, though.

Exactly!! Like the motorcycle just kills the whole vibe and excitement for me. And I REALLY REALLY HATE how hoyo is trying to force their dead messy waifu game into genshin and HSR. It's like all those games lost their whole originality. But let's be real here, genshin and HSR, especially genshin, they were NEVER original games that came from hoyo's original ideas. Genshin is like a mix of almost every game hoyo has copied.
People that just want her to fight with her claymore and fists confused me. Why would you want something so boring and unoriginal versus a cool bike that we’ve never seen before in Genshin? If they went with her combat in that cutscenes she’s be Dehya 2.0. Now if she were to ride a dragon instead I would be perfectly fine with that.
I came back to genshin in 5.0 after i quit for 2 years and to be honest I enjoy the natlan characters way more than any other region. I love that their kits have great exploration. Also i'd rather have more unique character playstyles like the Natlan charcters.
I don't get that robots are fine, internet capable headsets are fine, but motorcycles are too far. What?! Motorcycles are way less advanced than the tech we've seen so far. I'm sorry, was the super computer that plays judge and jury just levers and pulleys? Are the robot guards that talk just smoke and mirrors? People will complain about anything. Mavuika looks awesome and I'm sure she will be game changing. The art is super good and I'm hyped for her!
HoYo already have a motorcycle riding character fighting in game: Herrscher of Truth (Bronya) from Honkai Impact 3rd. She could probably play like her riding motorcycle side swiping mobs.
I haven’t really been paying attention to leaks as far as kits are concerned. Perhaps she will serve dual purpose and be both a pyro dps and a pyro buffer? Either way, her animations look sick af!
I have been saving for her since 4.6. But I have been wanting her since I read the Manga in 1.X. I was hoping she was going to be a little more darker skin like Vanessa, but Ill take a hot ginger anyway I can get her. I was also hoping we would see Xbalanque at some point.
If you want to see a Gameplay and dont want to look at leaks just look for Nola in tower of Fantasy or Inferno Rider From Wuthering Waves... Their ar the sme Picture 👍🙂
I am going to just answer it here. I think you will want to play Kinich and Mavuika both as MAIN DPS AKA the dreaded dual DPS playstyle. There won't be a problem because both will be dealing massive amounts of damage regardless of who you use. Use Kinich while his skill is active and use Mavuika while her ultimate is active.
Now imagine if she can melt off a "bad" cryo applier like Charlie Anyway, her weapon will dake some labbing - earthshaker r5 is nice mechanically but come on, fashion impact locks her to either sig or wgs
i personally really dislike that she requires xilonen to work as a main dps. i mean xilo would probably be her best partner anyways but forcing her to have to use natlan chars is awful design

OMFG her drip marketing art is absolutely HORRIBLE. It's so messy and atrocious looking what the hell hoyo??!?!? Atp snezhnaya is DOOMED to look tacky and messy just like natlan. Natlan literally ruined all expectations,the theme and everything hoyo was going for. It really made the lore super irrelevant just to fit in with our real world modern era. Old players are still playing bc they've simply invested too much or they're way too deep in convincing themselves to keep playing. Someone really really needs to check up on hoyo to find out wtf is wrong with them.

Okay but the same logic still applies to Sumeru. Yes they had some houses but they still were very advanced. And not even all of Sumeru
