I don’t care what order I have to run them in or what assists I just really wanna play those 3 cuz they’re very fun/unique so if anyone can give me any feedback on if that trio is a good idea and possibly what order/assists is best id really appreciate it.
you should play the team you’ll have the most fun with. if those are the characters you like, then rock ‘em with pride! people can make recommendations but those may not work for you and your play style. give yourself time to explore the characters and don’t be afraid to change things around with team order and assist usage.

@@rudedragens7397 right on man. don’t forget that the real work happens in the lab, especially early on. regarding team order - I probably wouldn’t run strange on point or spencer on on anchor, but others have and you might want to depending on your style. miniboss used to run strange on point sometimes before picking up vergil. I recommended experimenting with your team order because I think you can run that team a couple different ways. spencer/strange is a classic duo and there’s a lot of stuff out there to watch for ideas, but check out i heart justice for use of the eye of agamotto assist. punisher is a great person to watch for hawkeye point/middle ideas. have fun!

The Phoenix player played very well. Some decisions were not great but he played well. Phoenix after the nerfs in UMVC3 can't take the whole team anymore, you can't let her to deal with 3 characters, she won't do it. If it was back in regular Marvel vs Capcom 3 she could take the whole 3 characters from the opponent easily. But in Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 she can't do that anymore so you have to at least kill one of the opponents team member. And you can't let the opponent fill it up to 5 bars too. Cause this will be too much for her. Honestly, Phoenix is not a threat in this game anymore but I like to watch playing and winning.

@@ONIGIRIKINGU haha miniboss taught me strange when i first started coming out, i think our shells make a big difference in how we play, as we were talking about it mid tourney, he plays more defensive and I’m offensive af, but I can always chill out sometimes lol.

One of the best top 8’s I have seen in marvel. There was just such huge diversity in characters. All the games were super close and down to wire.
