I have a problem with hurting my middle knuckle in my middle finger, is there any type of taping style I can do for that! I don't use my thumb so my middle finger takes a lot of abuse! Thanks man love the videos!
Nice. Playing too much I think I Ripped my muscles. But we hit a bear in california. 2 weeks of no bowling. .... I was thinking of doing this. But not anymore...... since I need to rest More then anything. Ty for the upload. If I have pain when I start playing maybe this will help me.
Well hours later and we're getting a little closer. I hyperextend/sprained my milder finger and it's in excruciating pain 2 1/2 months later. I didn't break anything but it won't heal and I keep re-injuring it every time I hit it on something. I am trying to learn how to tape for stability of the knuckle and to help prevent it from extending backwards. At my job I use my hands a lot and have to pick up big items with one hand and often heavy. This is the closest I've come to a solution but the pain is not in my palm. It's in my MCP area. I can close my fist fine but opening my hand as wide as I can or like a claw that makes the fingers bend slightly back at the mcp joint is what hurts! Someday I will find an answer. I can't handle being doubled over in pain just by simply smacking my finger on something accidently anymore!!!
Any tricks for the elbow? i have already tried the tennis elbow strap and compression sleeve but it seems after about 2 games i have trouble coming through the ball without substantial pain.
This is the video I've been looking for about taping tendon pain in my palm!
