I like MTJ but Nascar has do something about all the extra horses those Toyota's have. Every week its going to always be the 78 or the 18 overcoming something ridiculous & still winning or finishing top 3-5.
I think it should be the exact opposite, like it used to be in the beginning. Strongest manufacturers made the strongest cars and won the races until another figured out how to build a better car and beat them. I'd rather see less regulation and more competition.
I understand your point & that was more like it was back in the 80's/early 90's when there where a multitude of manufacturers racing. My issue with that now is that it would turn Nascar into an F1 model where its all about the car & much less about the driver behind the wheel.
NASCAR is being controlled by Toyota nothing can be done about it. They are also changing the package on the Fords every week to slow them down. If you noticed at the beginning of the year Ford dominated and then they just slowed down in the middle of the season compared to last year. No team is going to forgot the setup and speed from last year unless something is being done to make it so they cant use that setup.
