I’ve noticed my face doesn’t appear as red now that I’ve stopped using foundation. (My fav was Olay simply ageless). My Yuka app rated it 0/100 with 2 hazardous ingredients. One being Ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, and BHT. I’ve also been using beef tallow, vitamin E oil, and argon oil blended together for a moisturizer. I feel it is helping soothe any skin irritation too. I can’t wait to buy clean makeup. Thank you for your recommendations. I’m loving this series! 🩷
I looked into a few of those brands you mentioned and saw dipropylene glycol in the ingredients - my understanding is that this is derived from propylene glycol which is derived from petroleum - for me anything with petroleum byproducts would disqualify it from being truly "clean". What are your thoughts on this? I am new to this and am trying to go clean as well, thanks!
It’s just as expensive as foundations at Sephora! I suppose if you are used to drug store foundation it would be a lot, but it’s about making that investment for clean chemical free non toxic ingredients.
I’m Neutral 2.0! A little tip: if you look at the veins on your wrist and see blue green and purple, go with neutral! If I don’t the foundation either looks to orangy or too pinky! ☺️

Some people swear by castor oil for hair growth but there aren’t any studies stating that it does so I’m not sure but it’s what I’ve heard.
Do you use a clean setting powder? Or something to hold the makeup in place?

The old bad shampoo i will use them to wash my clothes and anything else instead 😂😂 I don’t want to waste it,, but not my hair
