Thats what I'm looking for. Every time I create a listing under my brand name with another brand name product that I'm authorized to sell, that is complimentary as a bundle I get a intellectual property violation, trademark misuse violation, and my listing is removed. What's the issue here?
Do I need to package my items together before I send them to the fulfillment center or will Amazon pick and pack my various products at the time of sale?
I just taped together 2 items that I'm selling together as a set, do I really need to plastic/pack them in a bag together? Tape is not enough even though I labeled it with "Sold as set. Do not separate"?

Do you create bundles with a main product that amazon is selling? Therefore you make your margin on the other items in the bundle? Or i wonder if playing in amazon's playground means they might throttle the bundle listing.

If my wholesaler only sells 1 unit of that item at a time and I buy 6 of them would I be able to use my own packaging to bundle 6(like clear packing paper or poly bags) Or would I need to acquire there special brand or boxed packaging? As the Product size is very large and complex shape as well, I cannot pack them in a single package
As much as possible we avoid listing where Amazon is in it. But it will still depend on the situation IE if we can compete with their lowest selling price then we compete with them

no we dont create bundles within our business anymore

Great question! Unfortunately that's not something we do since we sell products that are already existing on Amazon.

Just spoke with Amazon. They said ONLY the registered brand owner can create bundles.
Yup but there are cases whereby you can copy a bundle ON AMAZON and not a bundle from the supplier.
