I have been thinking of distancing myself from a family member in my life, someone what has been causing nothing but stress, anxiety and low self-esteem with myself. It is coming to a point where I feel like saying "you know what, if I am going to be the bad guy in your life, I might as well own that title and stop caring about your opinion on me! Girl!!! Pile 2 was so SPOT ON! From 2019-2021 I was in really bad shape. I had manic depression and anxiety to where I was diagnosed with Agoraphobia. 2021 I hit my lowest point. But somehow I broke open and got a job at my local hospital. Fast forward 6 months and I just got approved to buy my very first home! I have been thinking of distancing myself from a family member in my life, someone what has been causing nothing but stress, anxiety and low self-esteem with myself. It is coming to a point where I feel like saying "you know what, if I am going to be the bad guy in your life, I might as well own that title and stop caring about your opinion on me! Pile 3: Lately I've been stressed out with work because I feel like I'm being critiqued for every little thing I do/don't do at my job. Girl!!! Pile 2 was so SPOT ON! From 2019-2021 I was in really bad shape. I had manic depression and anxiety to where I was diagnosed with Agoraphobia. 2021 I hit my lowest point. But somehow I broke open and got a job at my local hospital. Fast forward 6 months and I just got approved to buy my very first home! My healing journey from past trauma has been long but I have been loving myself where I'm at and embracing what happened to me and deciding to change my mentality.
