Three quick and easy Mojito mocktail recipe to cut down summer heat and makes you feel refreshing. Enjoy this minty and a great zesty mojito.
Mojito is a traditional Cuban drink. It consists of sugar, lime juice, soda water, and mint. The combination of sweetness, citrus, and herbaceous mint flavours is amazing and has made the mojito a popular summer drink.

►Ingredients for Mojito
►Mojito Recipe 1
1 - 2 lime slices
1.5 tsp sugar
6 - 7 mint leaves
1 tbsp lemon juice
Ice as required
Soda/sparkling water as required
Garnish with fresh mint
►Mojito Recipe 2
2 tbsp. blended mint (5 mint leaves blended with some water)
2 tbsp. lime juice
1 tbsp. sugar syrup or more
Ice as required
Soda/sparkling water as required
Garnish with fresh mint and a slice of lime
►Mojito Recipe 3
1 large lime slice
5 mint leaves
10 - 11 juniper berries
1 tbsp. sugar syrup
2 tbsp. basil seeds that were soaked in water
half tsp. black salt (optional)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Ice as required
Soda/sparkling water as required
Garnish with basil seeds and fresh mint.
2 tsp. blended mint

@@HalalChef OK one more question. I tried blending mint from the grocery store. The leaves looked fine, but the blended mint came out brown. How do you get the nice green color in yours? Do you grow it at home?
