Well done on your ability to stretch more. I am 65 and have little flexibility at all after many years of back issues. I have lost 20lb in weight this year, got another 20lb to go, diet has improved, doing a lot of walking. Just had a go at those exercises. Oh dear. The first I cannot get my leg past 45 degrees and the calf stretch I can just get past my knee. Hopefully I will return in a years time to say that my movement has improved.
Well done with losing 20 lbs! Increasing flexibility as with everything, is little by little. I used to be a fitness instructor, long time ago and 2024 was my year to get back into shape. I have been documenting my progress throughout this last year. I literally started by walking around the park on January the 1st. Please see my other videos for more info. I’ve documented everything from losing 25 lbs, upping my cardio and offering general fitness information that I gained from my own training in the past and also from training clients and working in a gym. I will be starting the weights again for 2025, so keep an eye out for more videos. Sounds like you’ve made a big difference to your lifestyle already 👍
