You should do one for Seattle!
Lived in SF since 93. You named the 10 places I avoid at all costs. 😂
DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING IN YOUR CAR AND LEAVE ALL VALUED ITEMS IN YOUR HOTEL ROOM, I REPEAT, DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING IN YOUR CAR AND LEAVE ALL VALUED ITEMS IN YOUR HOTEL ROOM. I visited San Francisco in september 2022. Learned it the hard way!
Our rental car had the window busted out and my backpack stolen.
Sad thing is the cops had already arrived and departed when we returned.
We did not have to call 911
They have a pre prepared Case Report and Case number for the vandalism under our windshield wiper.
They didn’t need to know what was stolen cause they were not going to pursue it.
This was the moment we packed up and ended our “SF vacation” from hell!
This is common sense tbh. That’s on you. Anywhere you go why would you leave valuables unattended in sight through a car window.
@@SkinnyTim_5150 i wrote to leave every valued items in your hotel room (like if you go for a walk) and to not leave anything in your car (not just valued items). There is two ideas. Where i am from, you don't get your windows smashed the minute you leave a cheap iphone cable on the passenger seat. In SF, chances are high from what i've seen.
Crime has become an issue. Take your belongings with you and be aware of your surroundings.
Crime is a problem in any city a person visits or lives in. There is high crime in my home city of St. Louis, MO..
@@andreamcintyre3394 sf bip area lol
It's a city so don't be stupid. Europeans know this, they're smart. I had my entire car and briefcase stolen in Madrid years ago because I was clueless. Thieves pray on tourists wherever you go...

Gorgeous ❤ #Golden gate bridge just amazing
Thank you for making this video. I definitely plan to visit this beautiful city some day soon!
This video for SF needs to be updated. Just FYI, all the big stores in Union Square and business around them have vacated the city because of lenient laws and laws that protect the criminals. So, now the crime and shooting that has all occurred in a week has been out of control. The city is no longer safe with homeless people legally doing drugs out in the open. Sorry, I don't recommend it since the Mayor London Bree had defunded the police and promoted crime.
My wife and I just returned from there
We cut our vacation short due to the possibility of being harmed or worse.
We were not aware of the total degradation there before traveling.
Nice job buddy 👍
Been there.I loved it
Beautiful !!
Nice sharing 👍👍👍👍
GREAT TOP X THINGS TO DO IN SAN FRANCISCO [2021 TRAVEL GUIDE ] !!!
I recommend spending one or two days in the Shampoo Museum downtown. My kids LOVED it. We're going back in two weeks.
Thanks for sharing
Such an amazing city my girlfriend and I loved it and can't wait to go back.
golden bridge has some nice views
ew girlfriend 🤣🤣
Carry a firearm.
I went to from New York (home) to San Francisco for the majority of July 2022 for vacation. It is chilly over there, the neighborhood’s nice, chinatown’s beautiful, and let’s say the entire vacation over there, was a highlight of 2022 in general. Not to mention my uncle lives there.
Did you get robbed ?
Sounds like you were lucky or didn't go downtown that often . You'd notice right away .. 💉 💩 💉 💩
Very nice video! I'd love to visit and perhaps even live there one day!
Fantastic video
Great place to visit... 🚊
I love watching people enjoy San Franciso.
We watched a homeless man defacate on the sidewalk.
Drug paraphernalia is everywhere.
Thanks bro
Good job
Yes getting ready to travel my friend is a traveling nurse and I'm going with her
I was in San Francisco 4 months Ago.
Very nice video, would love to visit some day :)
al
Sf is a beautiful place .
That music...wow!
Cute vid I’m in San Fran with family🦍😜
Awesome tips! Can’t wait for Spring!
I love ❤ there
I'd also recommend visiting Twin Peaks; One of the many beaches during sunset; and the many other parks such as Crissy Fields in the Presidio, Salesforce, Ina Coolbrith, Dolores and/or Francisco!
Why none of these videos don't ever mention Twin Peaks is wild. If you come to the Bay, go to Twin Peaks!
Why? WTF is in Twin Peaks? What did I miss when I went there 100s of times? The houses of the rich? Wild? It is manicured?
O my God 🤲🏻😻✨
There are also cable cars in Lisbon Portugal
Welcome to San Francisco city
December good times to go Sam Francisco
Why December
Wow
Other places to visit in San Francisco are the Twin Peaks, Ocean Beach, SF State College, Lake Merced, and one street that is always overlooked is the street right before the crookedest street, which is so steep it's scary.
The cess pool city is scary💩💩💩
Step carefully the sidewalks are covered in feces
Are you going to have a Seoul episode soon?
I heard by the time they finish paining the Golden Gate Bridge they have to paint it again
Double San Double ❤❤j
I have been to many cities is Europe and North America (Canada, USA , Mexico) and found San Fransisco as one of the most welcoming, modern, beautiful city in the world. I would love to live there with their variety of cultures and open liberal minded peoples.
Go to south asia. This cities suck here
What does South Asia have to do with beautiful San Francisco ?@@julsride3596
❤❤😊😊
We also live in San Francisco
Notice at 2.31 the couple taking wedding photos in the background, whilst in the foreground someone is taking a dump in the bushes. This is typical of SF.
Can I fly a drone in the city to get shots like you have?
I love JUstin
🥰
My favorite city in the USA ❤️
Agreed! I visit my cousins their 2 days a year and it’s beautiful
Such an amazing city with a decent public transport compared to Los angeles. San francisco is a better city to walk and getting around is quite easy because there are lots of public transit(Buses,BART and more). If I were to visit 🇺🇸, San Francisco would have to be on my bucketlist. Don't forget to make a video travel guide to Seattle and Vancouver 🇨🇦.
I lived in the bernal heights neighborhood and once we walked from there to West Portal neighborhood, in times I would also walk down from the mission District all the way to market Street and sometimes to the wharf. The city is so busy and diverse it doesn't seem to take too long to get from one end of the city to the other. I wish it didn't go to crap the way it did.
This list is kind of generic. Here are some other nice spots
Dogpatch
West Portal
Mt. Davidson
Glen Canyon
McLaren Park
Castro
Filmore
North Beach
Mission and Mission/Bernal
Delusional a toilet of a city.
San Francisco is one of the most beautiful and unique cities in the world!
Ok, who's the narrator? What region of the world is his accent from? Is he a voiceover actor with a deliberate affect??
Why will anyone have a deliberate accent?
At 2.31 you can see a guy taking a dump in the bushes. That is also a must see in San Francisco. You won't see it in many other cities, so take advantage of the chance to see it whilst you're in SF. Actually whilst you won't see it in any other cities, it's rather common in SF. Take a walk down most SF streets and you will regularly see people taking a dump anywhere they want to. It's really a highlight of SF and should be No 1 on any visitors list.
OM 🙏🙏
Nice selection of "top 10 things to do" except
1. You missed The Mission and other Spanish historical sites.
2. Most people would consider the right order of importance is just the other way round!! I mean, isn't the Golden Gate bridge more relevant to the city than Alcatraz?
I have a question
Is Oakland warmer than San Francisco?
Any decent hotel or lodge suggestion?
Any hotel in the Tenderloin area is nice.
Comfort inn maybe
Make sure you have trust or a will before going you could end up in a hospital from being attacked by crazy homeless people or someone running a red light.
I had a blast in San Fran ! Stayed in a really cool hostel (Green Tortoise ) which is in a great location! I tried clam chowder served in a giant sour dough bowl (wasn’t a fan !) went to Alcatraz , joined a walking tour (free of charge, would recommend) and joined in a drum circle with some old school hippies at golden gate park!
Did you smoke any fentanyl ?
@@lukebandy516 nope lol just good ol classic Californian ganga ;)
Hey where does that walking tour happens?
👌❤️🌹🙏
do you recommend taking the hop on hop off bus?
I've already explores San Francisco in Watch Dogs 2
I will be in SF later this month and am thinking of renting an ebike for a day. I want to check out all the usual spots. How bike friendly is SF and is there secure places to lock up the bike in the tourist areas? Thanks!
Please do your research of SF in 2023 since this video that you just watch is very outdated. There has been multiple shooting in the area, a shoot out, and a massacre all in one week. All of the business has moved out and the streets are full of homeless addicted druggies. The law in SF allows them to do drug in public as long as they are safe...it is strange, but I don't recommend it at all. Please google it and you can find all of the crime that has been occurring...it is scarey in SF now.
Bey Carter I was there for 5 days. There are some homeless but I have seen more in other cities. They were mostly around the business area surrounding the convention center. A few were schizophrenic. That said, I rode the public transportation and never felt threatened in any way. I waddled around freely.
Not sure where you are getting your info... nothing that iobserved.
The only places my wife and I were instructed to NOT GO INTO while we were in SF was the Tenderloin, Haight, Northern and Mission District, Bayview, Southern, Central, and Ingleside other than those … we felt secure had about a 2 square block area that we could travel and feel safe in😳🙄🙄
Don't forget to lock the windows!
how much is the fare for the cable ride?
$8.00 in 2023
I wish I could visit the 1970s San Francisco
When did you guys visit?
When I was visiting SF, the smell of poop, urine was noticeable in some places. There were used syringes on the street and lots of homeless people. I saw a couple cars with busted windows and people taking stuff without paying anything. What in the world is going on?
Cable cars run every ten minutes? IF ONLY! One often has to wait over an hour.
#1 best activity to do in San Francisco is to stay out of the city😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅
Great video, but number 10 is a tram ride, not a cable car. Cable cars suspend you in the air as far as I'm aware. That's what we call them in the UK anyway. That to me is just a tram.
That is a Cable Car in SF (I'm from the Bay, if that matters).
I just got back from a 2 week trip in California and surprisingly San Francisco in my opinion was the worse city we visited. Our hotel was in Union Square and the entire smells of urine and feces. It's sad the city leaders will not clean up the place. Smh
You should read about that area before the trip 😢
@@Vuelaeltiempo I did read about the area. It wasn't just that area, I went to multiple locations in the city and it was still the same strong odor of urine and feces. Smh
Lombard street isn’t even the most “crooked” street in SF just the most visited
For a 2021 travel guide...this footage is outdated. Pretty and well done, just not reflective of The City to be a current travel guide.
Beautiful video. One critique: you guys completely forgot to talk about the Castro or Haight Ashbury, two of the most famous history points of the city. I think you showed one image of Haight Street when you talked about the beautiful streets, but no mention or image whatsoever of the Castro and its amazing history. But...still a very nice video.
Going to SF next month for the 1st time, and i have watched about 20 of these guides, none mention the Castro at all.
@@TCJones the Lonely Planet guide does.
Hell of an expensive city in the whole world
Behind enemy lines😂
San Francisco you have to proof nothing your country is beautiful In a boutique a month I will Ask you about hotels And other things it is still A little early Your country is beautiful
Gee I didn’t realise how many things San fran has
Don’t miss out on the free Hepatitis
pov f san francisco was made in saudi arabia fr im saudi arabian /bombared street/coil tower made of coil
Don’t think I’ll be visiting there for quite a while
They need to clean up
It's unfortunate that you fell for that overblown misconception of San Francisco. It's not perfect but it's not all dirty either. Just like any major metropolitan cities, like Paris, Rome, Barcelona, London, Lisbon, etc., you will always find less than perfect areas within the city.
I’m from SF and honestly unless ur rich This city fucking sucks. Live in shitty neighborhood streets and busses smell like shit and piss. They care more about u wearing a mask in the store than laying for items…
@L T it's not propaganda like North Korea..SF is a woke shathole😂
You only areas you need to avoid are Tenderloin, Haight, Northern and Mission District, Bayview, Southern, Central, and Ingleside other than those You should have 1 maybe a 2 block area you can feel safe traveling in!
Accept your mistake for getting here and leave asap.
Territorial Rights and Territorial Justice
And right outside these beautiful places you got robbed or worse.
Is robbery and violence on the list? 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
San Francisco, take whatever you want its all free! Even the firetrucks can be taken for joy rides😂😅
God bless America the land of opulence.
Camping.
Sf is nice but wouldn't like to live there... too many hills makes it nearly impossible to walk in the city.
Folks, when you visit The City By The Bay it might help to come prepared with a few supplies that you can carry with you.
- Wear a shirt that says "Mug the Guy Behind me!"
- Get one of those emergency alerts with recorded perils. I know these are the old, standard ones, but as a refresher:
"Help! Some Post street guy with a sword just cut off my feet and I can't get up!!!"
"Help!!! I just stepped into something squishy and I need a hazmat team. I don't know what it is. Wait - I know what it is!"
"Help! I just bought my wife a necklace and someone kidnapped her. I want that neckless back!
Folks, if I were to place a few wagers, I suggest that you will survive your trip to San Fran. But, as in life, it pays to be prepared in case the Rice-a-Roni hits the fan.
Top 10 things to do in SFO:
1) dont go
Dont forget the hard drugs and petty crime.
Is San Francisco dangerous ?
Are you kidding???
We just returned
Cut trip short due to overwhelming crime and insecurity we felt
It wasnimngueasingblikebgoingbton
Somalia for vacation
I want to stay in a tent city with all the homeless and get a few covie shots in my arms.
1) Leave
GET BAGED UP IN ALCATRAZ EVEN IF ITS OUT OF STATE JURISDICTION AND COME FROM NEW YORK
Hhhhhhhhh spear save me
The homeless are everywhere - San Fran is very dirty- ]
What happend to my comment I just Wrote
To much crime
Public
1. avoid feces 2. avoid urine 3. avoid vomit 4. avoid being stabbed 5. avoid being robbed 6. avoid going out at night 7. avoid secluded areas 8. avoid crowded areas 9. stay in your hotel room 10. Order room service or doordash. Enjoy your stay!😂
there’s piss and shit and vomit on the streets of every major city. sure you can spend your whole life inside (i plan to once i’m older than 45 lmao) but where’s the fun in that. (if you are young) take risks.
Don’t get robbed.
Folks just stay out of this city if you value your life! Period!
As long as crime and vagabonds are normalized I'm not visiting
