Josh, if you're not sure, next time you're at a restaurant that has bleu cheese, ask them for a little bit to taste it. I'm not a fan at all. 🙄
For sure, we don’t care much for blue cheese dressing, but it pairs well with the burger. That said, next time, as would only go one layer for us, while my father-in-law who loves blue cheese absolutely loved this burger.🤙🤙

That one BLEU my mind for sure! I don't think I have ever had a Bleu burger before. I'm kind of picky when it comes to bleu cheese, and how it's used, but I would definitely like to try this one. Nice one guys! Griddle On!
That one BLEU my mind! Yup, love me a good Gorgonzola burger. BelGioso Gorgonzola is also my favorite bleu cheese. One of my favorite cooks is smoked chicken Gorgonzola salad, with a little onion and a good bunch of celery…and Duke’s, of course. Maybe give that one a try.
Was thinking of a burger with lettuce ,smoked red onions,tomatoes, Chedda cheese, Melted blue cheese, extra thick cut bacon , steak and a sunny side up egg

I absoloutly love Gorgonzola on my burgers and steaks. It's a bit softer and milder than most other bleu cheeses which makes it PERFECT for burgers! I like to make a compund butter with mine, gorgonzola, butter and roasted garlic, mix, shape into a log with cling wrap and freeze it. So every time I cook a steak or burger, I can slice off a pat or two of it and top my fully grilled steak or burger with it. Just an idea to share with you. :) Great video guys, grill on my brotha's!
