i went the weekend of the 4th and had been waiting almost a year since they announced Icarus. Damn i am so glad it did not disappoint, although the wait for the Fall was pretty brutal and it seemed like the kiddos were having a great time in the Icaria region. overall, a fantastic addition to the park!
Hope they redevelop some of the area in the back where the family land slides were. Sad they took down demons drop and dragons tail. If anything I would’ve kept those and taken down the rest.
It's all parking lot now and it's quite removed from the rest of the park. A teen also died in 2016 on one of the slides after going down during the closed winter season so they probably didn't want to keep them around. I never did those slides but I quite enjoyed The Drop on Icarus!
I remember that happening. He went down with a sled and was instantly killed. They were a blast from the last for sure and I’m glad I have the memories from my childhood, just sad they’re gone😢

I would love if they extended the waterpark with more slides
