    Like making vanilla extract with rum.
    Great idea to dehydrator the vegetables. I have onions in need of cutting.

    Is the vanilla and liquor mix vanilla extract?

      Yes it it is. The alcohol extracts the vanilla flavor and it evaporates during the cooking process.
