    Thank you!!! I’m so happy my lack of decision making, paid off. As soon as I saw reviews for Wippro last month. I was sold. The price, the all in one, remote etc. Got it going yesterday with the help of your video. I think I’m going to love this with my rooftop tent!
    Yes so if you do ever figure it out(Fahrenheit) let me know!

      Yep you got it im so glad ur excited. You will love it while winter camping. Atm I'm trying to figure out a way to mount one in my jeep. Since I'm tired of swapping out heater core that keeps leaking lol this is such an easier solution

    Replacing your fuel pump on the orange one will take away the loud clicking sound.
    semi bunk had this installed from factory and when it gets loud it just needed serviced.

      @overlandadventures2294  10 месяцев назад +1

      Yeah I have a new pump just haven't put it in yet I'm kinda lazy lol.. I still use them both. The loud one goes up top with me since I'm used to it and the other heats the anex room.

      @@overlandadventures2294 Quick question, the reason I had picked the Wippro was because of how quiet it supposedly was, is the Sivel quiet like that too?

    • @overlandadventures2294

      I'm going to say yes since it's the same build.. I did some research and it's litterelly the same if u feel it isn't as quiet as shown here then it may not be the same... but for that price I'd gi e it a try and it's amazon so it's easy to return. Let me knownhow it goes

    I did have one more question you might be able to answer. I plan on putting the heater inside a 6 X10 cargo trailer that I want to use for elk hunting here in Colorado this November. I am sure that the heater will put out way more heat than I will really need in a small space like that, so I most likely will run it at night on the lowest setting, maybe will even have to turn it off for a period, I don't know yet of course. My question from what I have seen in other videos is they say if you run it a lot on low that it tends to build up carbon and soot and the inside and eventually won't work like it is supposed to, any insight on that? Is any of that true? What are your thoughts?

    • @overlandadventures2294
      @overlandadventures2294  4 месяца назад

      It is true yes.. these heaters will need maint every now and again. But not as often as u think.. I don't use mine alot so u won't see it right away. But yes eventually it will. But let's say u ran it every other day during the winter...the whole winter.. u will need to clean it up often yes... but what I've seen with the people I overland with is that they and I have pointed the exhaust directly downward and to the side. And I somtimes see them disconnect it to shake out the soot ... also there is a screen inside where the glow plug is... ive had my old one for about 2 yrs now amd had issues with it firing up and a dirty screen was the issue.. so I swapped it out and she fired right up and worked great. So yes at some point a lil cleaning will help but for ur question yes but not right away all depends on how long amd how many days you run it.

    It's 2023 and with all of our technology you'd think one company could make one product that you pull out of a box and it just works perfectly. Everything you buy these days you have to work on immediately. These damn things don't even have a thermostat on them. The Germans make a great one but it's $1,000.

    • @overlandadventures2294
      @overlandadventures2294  8 месяцев назад

      So buy a cheap thermostat?. I mean to each their own but ill stay warm bud.. this heater is worth the hundy I spent and has paid itself off 100 fold already... I haven't had to work on this at all.. even the old one.. they both been great.. this wipro is just more efficient. The last trip I just came back from in zion it was 18 degrees and I was a toasty 75 degrees in the tent with snow outside... so I'd pull these out of a box and use the piss out of em for how cheap they are. If you feel comfortable about spending 1k on a diesel heater then do u booboo .. but wippro is a game changer...and i literally pulled it out of the box amd it worked perfectly for 30 hrs strait.. then I filled it back up and ran it another 30... no issues... again to each their own.

      Which Jackery?. Or jackie
      My jackery is a 240 and this only runs off 8 watts... I can run the whipro off a 20watt solar panel by itself.... u may have some electrical issues on one or both items

      I have the 1000 a 240 and a 500. The cigarette lighter does not work. The unit will not start it just stops. I just bought a 2000 pro. Jackie won't start it. You can plug it in and it works. With a adapter.

    IF you want subscribers, you may want to share some links for us to refer to, look at the item and decide from there, if we want to buy it or not! Just saying.

      Soooooo... I did it on purpose only because I knew YOU were going to comment with an attempt to educate me on how to be a pro youtuber lol with ur whole 8 subs... fun fact... im not making any money doing this so a slight shortcoming causing me less subscribers really won't hurt my feelings.....that last pro youtuber that has 4 subs told me that I shouldn't share a link because the product discontinued after 5 months of my video... so dang... what do I do?????.... I have a crazy idea.... you should find another channel or video that best suits ur super pro requirements... btw.. if u want great success with educating these loser youtuber newbs Like myself you should give everyone a list of ur criteria. Btw thanks for the help that ill most likely never consider because it don't matter that much to me.. I won't lose sleep ... like at all... im also glad that ur comment here makes u feel better about urself. Take care....

      @greenhometony yes very quiet. I walked past it this morning in the garage and thought it turned off but it was still running at 8 watts and hot air. No problem any time. I'll be posting another video later this November with the set up at camp. Shoyld be cold enough in Utah by then for a good run.

    How long does your 240 power it? On low specifically

    • @overlandadventures2294
      @overlandadventures2294  9 месяцев назад +2

      The first night on lowest setting running at 6 watts for 8 hrs I was 86 percent battery left.. so I ran it two more nights amd was at 12 percent. So I got 3 nights out of it at low power 8 hrs each night. The jaclery outlasted the fuel tho. I had to fill up after night two.

    • @overlandadventures2294

      Dame amount of time.. I ran mine on my 240 for 2 amd half days.. I stopped at 12 %batt. Each night was 7to 9 hrs over night... it only used 8watts at lowest setting amd on high about 15 watts... amd that is with the 8KW heater. I'll be in zion just before Xmas amd I'll have both heaters running off the jackery to see how that goes lol
