It was lovely to revisit "the origami bird" I made this last time. I also turned this into a card making activity at the aged care home where I work, and the residents loved making their own bird cards.
Natasha you never cease to amaze us with your stunning creations,I am definitely going to have a go at the bird today, hope the weather is ring nice down there, we have had stunning days however it's been very windy. X x
Natasha, I also have a very small craft space (my bedroom) and I'm always looking for ideas to set it up better and organize it. I would LOVE to see how your space is set up. This card is very clever and turned out beautifully.
You never cease to amaze, I mean now origami!?!? You’re sooooo talented and oh so fun to watch (of course listen 😊) Thank you Natasha! Gonna try this! 🦜🐦🪶
Wow, I love this card for so many reasons. Keep showing Washi tape. I have boxes of washi and plaid paper. No idea how to use it. You have done a lot for crafters. Thank you so much!
So much fun! Two birthdays coming up soon, major surgery before, so I might go with patterned paper! (I had pulled a couple of cards from the stash, but they aren’t singing to me like this does😊!) Just in time! Thanks so much.
I did it! Immediately discovered that patterned paper isn’t necessarily printed on both sides, but scissors and glue worked just fine. I had a little bit of a giggle gluing some feathers that had escaped an old pillow under one of them! (Kind of wish I had saved more!) Thanks again!
Thanks for tutorials on simple card making. I love those cards as well as the cards that take much more time. I appreciate all that you do for us in the crafting world.
Absolutely delightful, Natasha. The bird is so cleverly designed...and I will surely be using some of my washi tape and twine to create card backgrounds. tfs
Now that is a cute little bird!! My origami skills are not great, but even I reckon I could give that one a go. Such a cute little card and clever design. The washi tape, green twine and splatters just pulled all the texture together. Thanks Natasha 😃💕
Your videos are really watchable, cheerful and fast-paced, I enjoy watching you and hearing all your tips, inspires me to get back into card-making myself.
This is such a beautiful card that, again, does not use too many supplies. I have been looking for a new birthday stamp set. Thanks for the recommendation ♥️
I love this little bird. The last bird card Natasha shared with us inspired me to put them my Christmas cards and i loved the outcome. These blue birds are just as cute as the ones on the previous video. I’m always inspired by Natasha’s videos. Thank you Natasha.
Natasha!! Absolutely beautiful!! Blue is my favorite color as well!! You answered the question I was going to ask you. I wanted to learn how to make a boarder on the face of the card without layering a color card stock. Sometimes I feel adding a color card stock to make a boarder or frame is a waste of paper. I see how the card stock is cut into a frame and the center piece is used for other cards. But I like how you used the mint tape to create the boarder by inking it . I don’t have mint tape , what other tape do you recommend? TFS!!! Hugs. Gloria 💕🥰
Hi Natasha! Beautiful card! I love the simplicity of the bird! I didn’t see the sentiments listed in supplies…can you please tell me where I can get those? I make cards for our church card ministry, primarily birthday cards and would love to get that (or those) stamp sets.
Such a cute card! The bird is adorable! Thank you!
Love that bird!! I’ve never seen that before!! You are so clever!! Now get those kiddies to the park!!
