Filthy Mercedes CLK Spring Clean - Dirty Exterior Car Cleaning Disaster Detail | ASMR

- This lovely, but extremely filthy Mercedes CLK 320 CDI AMG Sport was standing untouched for quite a long while before its new owner purchased it - therefore it had lots of iron fallout, moss, lichen, algae and dirt accumulated on it everywhere, especially in the crevices/recesses... It needed a thorough proper scrubbing, brushing and a quick polishing - after the winter left us. You can now see in this video how I spring cleaned its exterior and brought it back to life (in ASMR style, of course) - to make a friend very happy. 😊
When I can see the big smile on the owners' faces... that is the real deal to me - that thing what keeps me going (especially in these hard times we have to experience right now). 🤩

I have put down the name of the showed products in subtitles. Just turn the subtitles on and they will be there for you (most of the products). I mentioned this in the description section - but it looks like it probably wasn’t the best idea... We all make mistakes. 😅
I just felt that changes are good sometimes - just to don’t get things boring. I felt/thought that if someone just wants to enjoy the cleaning process, but not interested in cleaning products, the constantly popping up chemical/product names could be disturbing... But all feedback - like yours - is very much appreciated and considered to be applied in future videos - if my viewers will demand it (like you), I’ll include everything in there more than happily. 🤩
Earlier, some people asked me about the products, when they were already in the video... Therefore I thought the product names are not that important to be there... 😅
I am open to all suggestions and happy to listen/answer to anything, as I want to make the best out of my work and videos and want to make people happy/relaxed/feel good with these. 🤩
I use the EZ Detail Brush(es) for the wheels and the arches, the Kwazar Venus 2L Foamer and the Kwazar Mercury Pro+ 360 trigger sprayers. I think they are very good products. Thank very much for everything! 🤩🙏🏻

I feel a bit bad about it... but if you would watch the video again with the subtitles on, you could see the products’ names timed properly, as I used them... I spent quite a while to do the timing for the subtitles anyway, so I think I won’t do them this way again, as it doesn’t really matter where I spend that time - on the video subsutitles itself or on the RUclips subtitles. I just thought this optional thing could be a nice touch - letting people choose and decide how they would like to watch the video. 😊

Also you don’t have to be a professional detailer to get good results - I am not a professional, I am only a bus driver with love and passion for cars and detailing. Most people don’t need a perfect showcar shine & condition and you are able to achieve great & satisfying results - the only things you’ll need are your passion, your patience, some time and some good quality, effective chemicals. 🤩

I’ve explained the basic things to do and the must have chemicals/equipment to use for my Friend, also sent him the links to get everything to keep the car in that way and he was so pleased, I’ve never seen him so happy before, and he was showing his “new car” to everybody - it was a really nice feeling, if not the best (and I couldn’t even do everything what I wanted to do due to the lack of time and the unsupportive weather). 😊
Unfortunately at the moment I wouldn’t be able to maintain his car anyway (despite of that I would love to), because I don’t do detailing full time, this is my hobby and passion that I would love to turn it into a full time business one day and I’ve done all of these cars on the channel for Friends for free just for the videos, in my free time (that I don’t have much as I’m a full time bus driver) - I think it’s better than going to pubs, parties, etc. 😁
It feels so nice when I see their happy faces after seeing the results! 🤩
I really would love to start working more and more on cars and on the channel and I believe my dream will come true and one day will be my day - I just keep believing! 🤩

I wish I could proudly say that I’m a professional detailer, but I’m not... But I can proudly say that I’m a bus driver though (just posted a picture on here recently with one of my favourite buses, when we’ve reached the 1,000 subscriber milestone). 😁
This is coming from my heart and just can’t help it. I just simply love to make things look nice. I still remember and see that in my mind and feel the sensation inside of me when I was about 6 years old and was polishing my grandparents’ car with Turtle Wax Color Magic and cleaning everything around me - cars, trucks, tractors... 😁
My wife does all camera-related work - she just enjoys doing it. 😍
We started with an iPhone and a very weak laptop... One day I felt I have to start somewhere - as everybody started somewhere. Before that day I was waiting and kept postponing everything, because I wanted all equipment to be professional. But we couldn’t get everything professional... I didn’t want to wait for longer... And I was looking for a kind of content that I was unable to find on RUclips at that time, therefore decided to create my own, what I always wanted to watch and one day we finally recorded our very first video. It went to the bin. 😂
The second as well. But the third attempt made it. That’s the very first and second published video. 😁
And here we are now... We do our best to keep making better content. It gives us both something to work on and something that we enjoy to do. Slowly try to buy the things that I/we need, bit by bit... Last year was very tough on us, so couldn’t really make any kind of progress, but I really deeply believe this year will be much more supportive and I can start doing that what really makes me happy and we can start producing more and better content. 😊🙏🏻

Gorgeous! The 320 CDi is by far the best engine for the CLK. The CLK is no sports car anyway (a great cruiser but not chuckable whatsoever!) so a diesel lump isn't a great disadvantage anyway. Torque and mid-range acceleration is just stellar, and the 320 CDi's torque is not far off that of the CLK500! The CDi beats the 320 V6 petrol on horsepower, 0-60 time and has around 50% more torque! I speak as someone who has owned both the 320 V6 and then later the 320 CDi - the latter is night and day in terms of performance. Also had a 270 CDi and that is a great, torquey engine too, although lacking the potency of the 320 CDi.

I'd be scared that the brush would cause scratches. I've got the same kind and they feel pretty rough.
These brushes were made and designed to NOT cause scratches. When you have lots of green/black algae, moss, lichen, etc. accumulating for long years on an untouched, neglected car, in all gaps you can find, you won’t be able to get that dirt out with the super-soft detailing brushes. If you are scared to use them, you still can buy the super-soft ones. 😊

Gotta love an EZ wheel brush. Mine kept slipping with gloves on when sudsy on the handle. Simply pulled off the foam grip from an old ice scraper and bingo lol. Man that car had some serious fallout on it....jeez. Cracking job!
