I am writing to vehemently deny and object to any person or group claiming to speak on behalf of all Kabyles, including myself, without my explicit consent. As an Algerian of Kabyle origin, I assert my individual right to represent my own identity, beliefs, and values. I do not recognize any so-called "indépendantistes Kabyles" or any other group as having the authority to speak in my name or represent my personal, cultural, or political interests.
This unwarranted and unauthorized representation constitutes a severe violation of my personal and familial dignity. I take this matter very seriously and will not hesitate to pursue any and all legal avenues necessary to protect my rights and those of my family from such offenses. Any attempt to misuse or appropriate my identity is not only an infringement on my autonomy but also a grave affront to the values of respect and individual liberty that I uphold.
I expect immediate rectification of this situation and demand that all future actions concerning the Kabyle people and culture be undertaken with respect for the individual voices within the community, without presumption or unauthorized claims.
