I usually drink about 2 to 3 a day and I also love the chocolate milkshake flavor! I first bought this powder off of a buddy at the gym and since then I cannot find a better protein powder than this.
Great Product! 1.5 scoops of this gets me juiced up for my basketball games. Energy surging through my body. I love it! and strongly recommended. But for muscle recovery/soreness a BCAA Protein base product is much better.
The high cholesterol matrix is my favorite part. What i also like is bsn has the best naturals in the game endorsing their products like flex lewis, roelly winklaar, and amanda latona.
She kinda seems like just marketing the product and the promotion rather than its rigorious explanation of nutritional values and contents or the scientific aspects of thr product for the body building....
How would the digestion and absorption rates of the proteins affect somebody with a shortened digestive tract such as someone with crohn's (like me) that has no longer got a colon?
Drinking too much protein will give you the runs and make you sick to your stomach. Trying to keep your protein intake to just 40 grams in a 4 hour period will prevent this from happening. Choosing one or the other would be your best bet.
Never understood the marketing ploy of, "we're going to make it _sound_ like it doesn't cost that much by saying approximately how much it costs per serving". In this day and age, I'm pretty sure most people realize that means it'll be fairly pricey. If a person is going to buy it; they're going to by it. Either say an actual price range, or don't mention it at all. :I Personally, it makes me _not_ want to buy something because I feel like these *advertisements* [since that is what this is] are just an insult to a person's intelligence...
Kenny Glimme Well he's not eating it either. It's a powder you put in milk/water, making it a drink. It is a supplement because it's not a natural food/drink. It's like a vitamin, just a lot more of (whatever you need) to make you healthy.
HeadBanging 67 lol you jokester, No Mr olympia ever took a protein powder to get their protein from, especially protein powders laced with sugar and bad fats. If youve seen a video of Ronnie drinking BSN protein thats because they were his sponsor and has to promote their products. It doesnt mean he was really taking their products.
HeadBanging 67 its not about opinion, anyone with knowledge about bodybuilding knows that you never use these products on the pro level. Dont be naive, if you believe ronnie coleman and all these elite bodybuilders drink protein shakes all day then youre the fool.
This stuff is awesome - I have a monthly subscription of the 10lb bag :) And sometimes that's still not enough and I have to do a one-off 10lb bag again...
+greveeen Right. Except I do eat food. And btw all my vitals are better than ever... and this stuff helped me get some major gains in the gym. I spend one tenth as much on this stuff as the rest of my food.
FormulaKimball all good but really this product is not macro friendly at all, it has alot of sugars and palm oil fats in it. thats very counter productive if you want to make gains. By the way you cant contribute whey protein to getting you major gains, you got gains because of your training and the food you were eating, no way should whey protein be a main protein source. Your diet should be fine without protein powders and not something you rely on.
The strawberry flavour is unbearably sweet. Too much artificial sugars. The worst protein powder. Don’t waste your money on this. Go for ON Gold standard.
What’s the point telling people you have a PHD when you give such a superficial review?
If you are new to the Protein game, Syntha 6 is basically the Ben and Jerrys equivalent.
Had this when I was a high school Sophomore and it didn't let me down. I love it!
Facts
@@nbamoyboyy4325 certainly.
I use this 1-2 times a day. Chocolate milkshake flavor. I love it
I usually drink about 2 to 3 a day and I also love the chocolate milkshake flavor! I first bought this powder off of a buddy at the gym and since then I cannot find a better protein powder than this.
Great taste, but BSN is notorious for proprietary blends.

I use both they work wonders
The high cholesterol matrix is my favorite part. What i also like is bsn has the best naturals in the game endorsing their products like flex lewis, roelly winklaar, and amanda latona.

BCAA before and during a workout, then have 1 or 2 scoops of syntha 6 before 30 minutes after you finished your last workout.
She kinda seems like just marketing the product and the promotion rather than its rigorious explanation of nutritional values and contents or the scientific aspects of thr product for the body building....

Jessie Montoya You shouldn't own a dog if u are serious. Idiot

She does.... From 1st floor to 15th floor.... She use lift.... Not stairs
How would the digestion and absorption rates of the proteins affect somebody with a shortened digestive tract such as someone with crohn's (like me) that has no longer got a colon?

bricis Rankins Not terrible. It tastes better with milk though.
Anyone recommend any other protien? Everyone says macros are trash
It's Isolate, Mass-gainer or in between?
The one in the video is an in between but there is an isolate version of it as well.
Protein matrix
what I want to know is why does it have such a low amount of protein and high in cholesterol 70 grams per serving?
How could I get this subliment in Nepal
I drink mine after working out, is that still fine ?
Ya bruh it's fine

Very Good
no so much a review as it is stating facts that are on the bottle...
The content is actually half of the that container
It's by weight bud, you know how much you're getting
University of Oklahoma! GO SOONERS! CRIMSON AND CREAM BABY!
ok that's great
22g per scoop ? on the back it says serving one rounded scoop 47.2g
what is the deference? im actually 175 pounds 5'11 and taking twice in a day.
+Mathyos Sarkiss I think that the weight of it is 47.2 grams. That includes the protein, carbs, and other stuff.
Kenny Glimme Well he's not eating it either. It's a powder you put in milk/water, making it a drink. It is a supplement because it's not a natural food/drink. It's like a vitamin, just a lot more of (whatever you need) to make you healthy.
The 22 grams is the amount of protein per scoop. The 47.2 grams is the weight of the scoop over all.
Yaa mam
Love all the hate. Yet know one recommends anything else.....
Ryan Gold Standard obviously
Koby Mathews Lol obviously
this product is more like a MRP
This protein has really bad macronutrient profile, alot of palm oil and bad fats and fillers
greveeen not really hey man ronnie coleman takes this protein and hes a 8x olympia champion
HeadBanging 67 lol you jokester, No Mr olympia ever took a protein powder to get their protein from, especially protein powders laced with sugar and bad fats. greveeen hey man even though he drank it hes a bodybuilder so yea theres my opinion and dont be a fool

I remember drinking this when I was 17 just remember to drink plenty of water

This stuff is awesome - I have a monthly subscription of the 10lb bag :) And sometimes that's still not enough and I have to do a one-off 10lb bag again...
Eat food instead of putting your money on this garbage product. Its not good for youre health.
+greveeen Right. Except I do eat food. And btw all my vitals are better than ever... and this stuff helped me get some major gains in the gym. I spend one tenth as much on this stuff as the rest of my food.

This is slow digestive protine and high in cholesterol
its full of artificial crap. That why it tastes so damn good.
GARBAGE!Prefer pure food(fish, milk, yogurt, beef, chicken etc.) than this
