@@adventures-with-joe Of course I say that, go out and immediately find the best agate I've found so far. But yeah, you seem to find a LOT more than I do, and your gravel bars are actually clean. Ours up here are covered in some kind of white residue that makes it impossible to tell what you're looking at.
@@adventures-with-joe Honestly it looks like dried salt. I know we have a lot of salt in the state, but I'm not sure how much we have over this way. I was under the impression that most of it is in the central parts of the state, but I haven't really looked into it that much since I moved back here a few months ago. At any rate, it's nice to see someone else out on the river finding cool stuff.
Thanks for watching!! Subscribe for more!! 🙂🙂

@@RandFTPParker my best guess it's Jasper
@@RandFTPParker I usually look around the Haven area, it's less than an hour to Wichita
Those are some sweet finds!!

Very nice finds. I guess I need to take a day trip down stream to look for stuff, I find cooler agates in my driveway than I do out at the river.
@@gdavis-v3m I guess Wichita area is actually really good

@@gdavis-v3m I wonder if you have some sort of processing plant or limestone areas that put materials into the river. Glad you found a sweet agate!

Hmm, dry salt seems unlikely along the river, did you give it a lick?
