Cool video. Thanks for sharing. I must admit I freaked out when that guy walked under the suspended spa. If that thing let’s loose he’s a goner. Please be careful on future installs - safety first! Beautiful install though!
Not a very professional installation. Why didn’t they used those wheeled jacks (not sure the proper name) - I have seen them used to move all kinds of buildings spas, huge crates, etc.
Probably location of install, access concerns, and they may not have the equipment or the rental was unavailable. Some of the path they took I'd be wary even driving a skid around, and that's all ignoring the possibility of buried pipes/wires. Rollers are a bit old school, but they work without damaging the product.
This specific model may not be available, and it's doubtful a small US based company will be flying out to do the work. Google "endless pool cost india". One of the first results is indiamart. There they have Lyxar Pools India, located in Moti Nagar, New Delhi. They've been in business since 2005. Still looking at "2.25 Lakh per" pool.
I know it's a side comment / joke, but for those planning something like this, it's a larger concern. Main panel access is house side, and there's access under the stairs and to the right of stairs. If the issue is on the sides of the corner it's in, there's gonna be a lot of boards to unscrew (not smart construction) unless they went and screwed the boards to an inner frame that can be unscrewed as a large piece (smart way). Same with the patio deck boards, an inner frame for large portions to be removed with a few screws keeps it in place and still supported, but adds ease of maintenance/access. The main frame of the deck can stay put this way without getting in the way of accessing the pool.
How much does it cost of all of this? Endless pool, delivery, the cover and the wooden deck? That's what exactly we want to do.

That music choice kept me from watching the whole thing. Terrible.
It'd be a shame to have to clean up a crushed body in your own backyard because some dude decided to stand under a load.
OSHA, all I'm going to say...
How thick of concrete pad is required?
You could have just got a better crane and dropped it in place.
The old Egyptian way of moving stuff on the ground - still works!
And the total cost of this complete package shown here(including installation)
Which model was that and where did you get the cover lift?
Holy powered cover lift Batman!
Is that as high as the cover lifts up? I don't care for that, it's claustrophobic!
Such dodgy load handling techniques there...best part was when the dude decided to hop underneath the load.
