Hi there, I'm about to start an Endless Pool project and am just preparing the room. Can I ask what you guys used to line the walls and ceiling? Did you use an Aqua board of some kind to protect against moisture? I'm not sure whether this would be overkill as the evaporation will only occur when the cover is off, but I want to make sure the room is protected as much as possible. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
The instructions explained everything very well, and they have a phone number to get live support when you have any questions. The heater and pump are one unit. The filter is in the pool, to the right of the swim current unit. The pump that runs the swim current is in a different room, and runs fluid through the black hydraulic lines you see to turn the propeller.
Their help line is useless when it comes to six years later and you have to pay someone $20,000 to change the liner and the fittings. The fittings are impossible to remove and the company simply passes you off to a "certified installer" who gives outrageous bid amounts and then says they're 4-6 months backed up. If I would have known how difficult it would be to get this liner changed, I would never have bought this pool.

I put one in my basement but I am at a loss for what to with some of the walls. What did they use on your walls that look painted? Backerboard that has been skimcoated then painted? I dont feel like putting tile on 3 walls all the way up to the ceiling
+Andy b The walls of the room were drywalled and painted. The pool is sunken into a 2-foot recess in the poured floor, then 2x4 walls were built around it, to form a ledge, and tiled. There's a machine at one end that creates a strong "current" that you constantly swim against, so you never make any progress forward--and you get "endless" exercise in a small pool!!
