Awesome and Congrats on your results! Im just know hearing about hamelin workouts so I appreciate the review and information. I'm very familiar with TAM I love meta and her DVD workouts, but I haven tried the online subscription and probably won't as its so expensive and online. I have also tried the Trim Healthy Mama work-ins. They are to sisters and the videos are very informal and fun and produce results. They use a variety of methods in a short 20-30 minutes video that they suggest you use 4 days a week. It combines weights, mat work, and cardio. It also had 3 different levels within each workout to follow so you can modify to your current skill level. Its different and fun, oh and you can also mute the ladies talking as well. It definitely add some variety to my workouts. I like Leslie Sansone walk at home vidoes, TAM DVDs, and THM work-ins, along with walking oitside. I have fallen off these workouts due to a hip injury but im working to get back on track. Thanks for sharing your experience!!

I don’t know how you could go back to TAM after Ham!?! 🤯😂 I left TAM (after about 16 years) about eight weeks ago and am never going back! 🥳 I look so much more toned 💪 and streamlined 🦵. I also feel much more energized and all of the aches and pains I felt with TAM are long gone! 🙏🏽🥳 Plus, I actually really look forward to working out; I used to dread the same old boring TAM workouts seven days in a row 😫😭😂 I would recommend staying loyal to Ham ~ especially since you’re seeing such amazing results! 😍🤩

Right! There are many great TAM workouts. I go back and forth. My body seems to crave it! I don’t get that mind body connection anywhere else🌻

Ok you’ve convinced me to try this! I have been trying to incorporate Thighmatics 1 more but the 3 weeks if I can get similar results I’m in! I also have Thighmatics 2 but haven’t done it yet. Thank you for sharing your results!
Yes!!! Try it!! I was skeptical even when I was talking to Hamelin but the definition in my legs is gold to me!!

I bought the model workout and have done it twice so far. I don't really like the cardio part because I am also walking an hour a day. Not sure if the HIIT stuff is good for my post menopausal body
Hi! I’m not a fan of the Model Workout or any with cardio. DEEP and SCULPT have been my go to for a while now along with walking🤗🌻

@@dawndigsin I bought sculpt and did the first workout, it seemed very easy. I jumped ahead and watched the second one, it looks harder. Hopefully it progresses from there. Thanks again
@kerprice the slowness is the key. I can do all the reps it’s about form. I really see great keg definition Which one did you get? I have 2 and 3
@@dawndigsin I bought sculpt and it comes with all 6 of them. I noticed the second workout is more of a barre workout which I like. I will do 1 each day and see.

Hi Dawn, does this Hamlin work out bulk up your legs??? I'm trying to streamline my legs because they BULK easily. I definitely don't want that. Please let me know if this Hamlin method will bulk up the legs, thanks.
Hi! It did not bulk. I have always had a tendency toward heavy kegs but since doing TAM and HAM they have skimmed down a lot ❤️
