    This is a good kick in the pants. “ You only fail if you quit”. Love is patient. Love yourself and be patient with yourself. ❤ I’ve noticed that it seems people of a certain age don’t have a long stride… they shuffle along. Now I realize there can be legit reasons. But I’ve been trying to take long strides to stretch and keep mobile that part of my hips/front things. Also by keeping myself upright and shoulders back so I don’t become a hunched over old woman when I get to that age.

    I bought the model workout and have done it twice so far. I don't really like the cardio part because I am also walking an hour a day. Not sure if the HIIT stuff is good for my post menopausal body

    I ran across your video last night and it really resonated with me - so much so that I took notes and printed out an outline to follow for motivation. I took my picture and measurements, weighed and luckily had everything to make your protein waffles this morning. So tasty and filling! I just wanted to thank you. This challenge couldn't have come at a better time for me. I've been struggling with trying to lose the last 10 pounds since I entered menopause. I’m terrible at snacking and grazing, do you think snacking on apples and satsumas is ok? 🍏 I’m also guilty of making food with lots of ingredients, I need to simplify things, I am vegetarian so it does make it harder to get protein xx

      Hi!! We need to ask ourselves why are we snacking? You aren’t hungry just bored? If you are hungry your last meal did not contain enough protein Sure apples are a great carb after all walk or workout. Maybe fit it in there❤️

      @DeniseHerrera-e2j Tracy suggests we do it everyday. Listen to your body and do what works for you. It is about creating change and muscle memory which is fine by repetition especially in the 90 day program 🌻

      There are similarities in all. Level 1 and 9 are the same in all centrics Arms and abs are the same as well. I found hip centric hurt my hips My best was my own centric

    I did my third treatment by a nurse yesterday, and I must say it is getting so painful that I was about to give up. But after paying so much for it, I have to finish the treatment. I have blue marks around my face, and both my eyes look like I have been beaten up. They are all kinds of blue shades, and really swollen. I am wondering why this is so different for me?       Thank you. I believe it is the practitioner using too high of a frequency I had none of that abs it was not painful with the numbing cream

    You had a deep plane but a SMAS pulls more skin off. You still look very good I saw the before and after and wow what a difference my daughter thought you were in your forties. Like that you go in deeply explaining the pros and cons

      Thank you. They last several years. I had my facelift in 2023 and Morpheus 8 in 2019. It definitely gave me a few more years🌻

I bought her book like 10 years ago with this DVD, and was miserable at it, now I’m just plain determined! I stunk up the room, but I did it and I’m determined to do it for at least six weeks.     Awesome and Congrats on your results! Im just know hearing about hamelin workouts so I appreciate the review and information. I'm very familiar with TAM I love meta and her DVD workouts, but I haven tried the online subscription and probably won't as its so expensive and online. I have also tried the Trim Healthy Mama work-ins. They are to sisters and the videos are very informal and fun and produce results. They use a variety of methods in a short 20-30 minutes video that they suggest you use 4 days a week. It combines weights, mat work, and cardio. It also had 3 different levels within each workout to follow so you can modify to your current skill level. Its different and fun, oh and you can also mute the ladies talking as well. It definitely add some variety to my workouts. I like Leslie Sansone walk at home vidoes, TAM DVDs, and THM work-ins, along with walking oitside. I have fallen off these workouts due to a hip injury but im working to get back on track. Thanks for sharing your experience!!

      Hi! Yes i normally do only free content. When Hamelin moved his platform from Venmo we lost all the deep workouts I use to do. I enjoyed them so much I decided to purchase the new ones. I have not been disappointed 🤗

      My results are to usually maintain trying different methods and combinations. It’s all about experimenting and learning what works for your body. I always have results when I’m consistent 🤗🌻

    Looking forward about your detailed review, as I have been thinking to give a try to Hamelin. Sadly my budget is really tight and I have severe osteoarthritis in my knees, just had an arthroscopy 3 weeks ago. I used to work out daily, but I had to stop in November and I really miss it.😢 I wonder if this Deep 2 would worth the try, as I am very limited to use my knees and lower body.

    Hi I got an early face-lift recently (in my 40s) and i am VERY underwhelmed with the results!! If you ever want to chat, let me know LOL No one understands this type of let down. 😅 Well, no one knows i got a face-lift because i look the same, just very slightly lifted, but i still have jowls, etc. And i barely had jowls to begin with! My surgeon claims he did a great job. Sigh. How do these face-lift examples online look SO drastically different but mine was so minor? Who knows.

      Hi Chris! I do bits and pieces. Do you know your centric? I did them all for too. Hipcentric was the worst. I later found out it was not my centric and moved and stayed with omni. I love Tracy but have been doing Hamelin’s Deep. Enjoying being off my knees🤗

      I’ve always thought I was Omni. I bought that dvd when they were on QVC back in the day. Losing weight, I felt Abcentric was me. I started with a few levels of hip on YT and then they disappeared due to copyright. I bought all 4 on eBay plus a portable dvd player. I can definitely use gel in very area, but I can SEE RESULTS, which is amazing. I even made some videos on my experience because there were only a few of you out there making them! I’ve mentioned your channel on some of them because you give great info. I’ve also found that my non Tracy body type is moving closer to the Tracy body type this time around at 54. I’ve also found I’m functionally more fit than going to the gym ever gave me as well. Have fun with Hamelin. I watch those videos as well, but I’m deep into Meta for now💜

    Some surgeons are way too much conservative. I prefer people seeing that I did a job or look a tiny bit pulled that being at this point. The third part of the face and neck should be addressed it’s the most important. You are so natural and spontaneous I loved to find your Chanel and I hope this Dr. takes the responsibility for the revisions you need.❤️

    Hi Dawn! Im enjoying your content as a menopausal 51-year-old. I do jump from workout to workout. Not too much diet, but I need to dial in since menopause. I have always done yoga, bodyweight, and now Les Mills Bodybalance at the gym 2-3 a week. I had a big interest in TA, but it seemed daunting and tiring. So much endurance! I currently work with kettlebells. I won a free subscription for workouts. But I found The Sculpt Society after researching TA. I found TSS through an article about the Tracy Anderson/Megan Roup lawsuit. It seems doable, challenging, and fun. I want to lean out in the TA way but can't afford. TSS gave me 30%off for low-income. I will give this at least 30 days. I'm looking forward to low impact exercise and the dance cardio. Great tips! I try to watch my portions, stay away from processed foods, and haven't been eating dinner but a mini meal/snack(like hummus and carrots). I have been hearing thay plant based diet is helpful for menopause weight loss. By the way, I had a cup of whole wheat spaghetti 😋 Good luck getting back to it💪 What is your next challenge?

      That’s awesome! I only do free content due to price and TA had META so that’s where I started. Sculpt is similar. Definitely gearing up for another challenge for May!🤗🌻
