I’ve been feeling less interested in high tag luxury items as well for some time… owning them ends up feeling like a hassle, esp if I don’t get the use I want out of them that I wanted, and esp when I don’t want to attract too much attention to myself from the wrong people (knock on wood)

I’m so happy your items made it back to you. Hopefully they will step up to the plate and resolve the missing bag issue to your satisfaction. I’m with you on the whole lux issue. When buying expensive bags etc., it should be fun. When it becomes stressful or work, that takes all the pleasure away from the purchase. I’ve gone through some stressful buying and selling and I just won’t do it anymore. Will I still buy? Yes, I will but it’ll have to be something I know I’ll love, use and keep. Stress takes all the pleasure out of using the items. You have every right to all the emotions you are feeling, it’s really crappy what has happened to you.
It’s not about the handbag. It’s about the principle of it all. Clearly Re-bag doesn’t have any principles whatsoever. It’s ok to take a pause from luxury but don’t let them get you down or make you question yourself. You did everything right and fought the good fight.

@ShesThePosh Yes great idea! It's just ridiculous I have to do that with a company that SHOULD be trust worthy! If I can't trust you, then I don't need to be doing business with you! Uuugh! Never again! How do I even speak to anyone? No one ever answers the phone, even when you call during business hours. The one item they did ship already has stopped moving thru Fed ex. It left New Jersey on the way to me, however its been in this mode for FIVE days with no more movement. I called FedEx but I can't talk to anyone, it's all automated. Also my other item bought on Feb 14 STILL hasn't been shipped yet, and it's been 5 days! Never again .

I called this am and the first time got transferred to "next available representative " by their automated phone system to be placed on hold for 10 mins and then hunged up on with me calling right back, having the same scenerio repeating itself 3 times. I just sent an email to them 5 mins ago and now I will go to the text. I did try that once few days ago with no reply, but I'm about to blow up that text now! Hahaha! Thanks for mentioning that! Yep, never again, PERIODT! LOL. UUUUGH!. Did you ever get your Acessories returned?

Okay some progress. But they still owe you money for the missing bag (that’s on the site as bag number 48). Also those shoes that came back missing the additional receipt and accouterment. Love love love that a local consignment shop has stepped up like that. That’s so generous and really a beautiful offering. I hope that this comes to a conclusion so you can get some peace. Of course you feel this way because you had your bag stolen. It’s a violation. Go easy on yourself ❤

Please help me out I had a similar situation I was doing a trade with rebag 1/6/24 I was trading my lv Trevi for a Neonoe I sent my bag through fed ex I have my receipt long story short my bag was delivered to their warehouse on 1/16/24 to Brooklyn New York it was signed in my a worker I have proof now it’s missing we never received it but you signed it into your warehouse.. ok now we need to do a fed ex investigation ok do investigation fed ex took responsibility for the loss ok but I was only given a credit on their site of 500$which I asked for money of the value of the item which I paid 1040$ for the bag originally is it worth suing for I’m out 540$
