I couldn't survive without a cheese drawer haha. I eat cheese every day in some form, it's so yummy and sits on my tummy so well!

My surgery was July 2021. I am loving banana and that laughing cow cheese. Sometime I have those twice a day. Also rice cakes. When I crave pizza I put laughing cow and pepperoni on a low fat wheat thin and heat for a second. It’s pretty good. Thanks for showing this. I love following your journey. It’s always wonderful to see what other are eating.

Confession: those bananas continued to sit there and now they're in the freezer. I would typically make banana bread with them but that seems to make me sick. I'm going to try to find a sugar free recipe and try that. I don't eat bananas fast enough for some reason :(

I really enjoyed this. Thank you ! Is that a pink flower over your shoulder out the window of the pantry. I would love to see your flowers if you want to show us? I have liked all aspects of your journey. Have a great day! Take care.

Thanks so much! The flowers outside are one of the rhododendrons on the property and they are SO BRIGHT! We have several rhododendrons and hydrangeas that grow super easy around here, but our weather has been kind of weird so not everything is open and blooming yet. I will try and take some pictures of what we have :)

I am in Maine and my rhododendrons are not bloomed yet, no the lilacs. Taking a little longer this year. Thanks for your reply. :)

I like the Chobani zero sugar yogurts but I agree the light and fit are my favorite. The strawberry cheesecake is my absolute favorite.

I'm trying to make myself like the triple zero ones and so I'm slowly switching over to it

I think those ones aren't too bad personally. I ended up really not liking the rest of the Chobani Zero Sugar so I won't buy them again. I also won't bring myself to pay more than $1.25 for a yogurt and some of those really high protein ones are insanely expensive!

I like that one and the toasted coconut one the most I think!

Woo your protein shake stash is 🤩! My favorites these days are premier cafe latte and fairlife vanilla and coffee. I'm afraid to buy just those in case my tastes change again.

Also, my favorite thing to do with plain greek yogurt (fage 2%, the improved taste is worth the extra calories) is to squirt in a little vanilla flavored stevia and mix in peanut butter powder and sugar free jam. If I close my eyes it's not too far off of a peanut butter and jelly ice cream I had once. Also love the Quest peanut butter cups but they come in a 2 pack and it's hard not to eat both even though there's 11? grams of protein in them.

Great idea, I can't believe I haven't doctored up a plain yogurt for different flavors, what the heck am I thinking?! I'm definitely going to try that soon!
