- This is a full walk through tour of 5215, a 2011/2019 Krogen Express 52' who comes complete with a stem-to-stern warranty. We're currently asking $1,349,900 and we would love nothing more than to make her yours.
I must agree with another comment. If you are going to ask the lady to present an area, don’t keep jumping in to over-talk her. It’s too easy to have her re-do the presentation until she’s covering everything or do it yourself. Editing is your friend. You’re merely embarrassing her and making her look incompetent. The product is nice and there are many more items that are likely being over-looked in this short video over view.
Great job Madam ! Sir, silence sometimes is a good sales tool.
That is a stunning yacht. I completely agree with the majority of the comments regarding your consistent interruptions. By jumping in on every explanation you are micro managing the presentation creating a very unprofessional situation. If you delineated areas of description or responsibility you could have a smoother flow of the explanation, transfer of commentary, without interruption the presentation would come off with a greater impact.
Couldn’t finish this tour video - constant interruptions were too distracting
dude, quit interrupting the lady.
She kept rambling on about dogs, he is keeping her on track otherwise this would have taken a decade to finish and the warranty would be up.
Sorry but stop butting in , very nice boat
Why you cut lady explaining . You did it to owner of same or similar boat. just shut up.
I find watching without audio is much better.. allows you to focus on the visual without the distraction of stupid noises
I just went to leave a comment but Sport's Guy, you beat me to it.
Very nice vessel. One time I did see one pass through the Marina del Rey a few years ago. Not sure how many of them are on the West Coast. Great design.
Looks cool 😎👍🏼💪❤️
One word. Gorgeous.
Could the camera gentleman "please" be quiet! It was too distracting to watch the whole video.
Very rude to keep interrupting the lady during her tour.
Nice boat, about 400k too much though. The range and fuel consumption would be nice to know without having to look it up, plus fuel capacity. If I missed it, sorry. Also also, a good idea would be to not tag team on different things and butt in. You might consider leaving a link for the little details in the description as well. All in all, nice boat.
The range is poor for a trawler. The semi-planing hull will give you some speed, but it really eats fuel.
I can see that John is quite annoyed by Bob running his mouth and adding his 2 cents worth when the Owner is trying to point things out to us! Very rude salesman!! I don't think Bob would be my choice to sell me a boat!!
why would the engines be new in a boat thats not very old?
Repowered as part of a proper refit. some people can use a boat a lot in 9 years.
No vent for 3 burner stove not very good
Why is Betsy there???
Question from a person that has never been on a boat such as this. Why are the bow/stern thrusters separated from the engine controls? I would think you’d use either prop or thruster one at a time to finesse the boat movement and having them side by side would force the hand to operate only one at a time. Of course, having them available to each hand allows then to be used together but that might cause excessive movement/speed that would have to be counter-acted.
Looks like you never received an answer, so I’ll take a stab at it.
First, there does exist modern “fly by wire” or computer controlled joystick systems. These are all-in-one as you describe.
What you are seeing in this video is traditional, tried, and true. Proven reliable. So much so that I would prefer an even more traditional system where thrusters are in control unit, transmission control (forward / neutral / reverse ) is a second controller, and a third separate controller for throttles, with separate sticks for port and starboard engines for shifting and throttle.
However, this is personal preference, but when you talk to people who enjoy long range cruising, reliable becomes the preference.
Adding just a bit more as you indicated you are inexperienced with this type of vessel, in close quarters such as docking in a marina, you do not use the steering wheel. You center the rudders with the wheel well before you are in close quarters then steer the vessel with the throttles and shifters, similar to operating a skid steer, or zero turn lawnmower, both of which have no steering wheels.
Anyways, thats my opinion based on my experience.
@@DougAlesUSA yes, Sir, thank you. I thought having the bow/stern thrusters adjacent to the shaft levers would make more sense. But, thinking about it, operating one with the right hand and finessing with the left does seem more practical. I did understand that the rudder wasn’t used in close quarters maneuvering. I’ve always felt I’d much prefer to be operating the vessel and monitoring all the screens and gauges than sitting aft and just riding. I really enjoy watching these RUclips videos because at 76, it makes no sense to ever expect I’d operate a vessel like these. Not only the financial resources but the lack of years of experience and training. But it is interesting to enjoy viewing.
@@feversol well, a budget alternative could be operating a zero turn lawnmower.
That experience gives you a micro-taste and just might satisfy your curiosity.
Best wishes.
Side decks are nice however they eat up valuable interior space. Look at the Krogen Manatee. Only 36 ft and one of the best salons in the business.
Also I can't think of a boat that doesn't have a rear shower. Even an $8,000 Bayliner has a rear shower.
It has a rear shower 2 minutes in
and stop every friggin drawer and storage space - ruining the elder tour.
This listing agent is a serious a hole. You’d think he had somewhere else to be.
How rude you are sir. Butt out!
too many cooks. No time to connect with the presenter. I like the big guy he has great presence and authority which really sells ............................
Buddy mansplained his way through her tour… very irritating…
Heh bud why don't you just take over the tour because obviously she doesn't know the outs and ends I love how you just cut her off and took over I had to laugh and stop watching oh my lord you guys need to watch some youtube to get the concept I was embarrassed for her wow
