Gotta put a TON of respect on multiple things you pointed out Mystic. Firstly Bulbasaur is the best gen 1 starter period. Second Raichu needs more love in the anime. I love Pikachu but Raichu needs time to shine too both Kantonian and Alolan. I had one on my first play through of Sun and it was incredible!
5:20 Finding a female of that species also means its physical attack is likely gonna be VERY poor due to how determining gender works in Gen 2, where a mon with a 50/50 male to female ratio will have a female of the family if the Attack DV of 0-6 or 7, leaning on 6, but I could be wrong, and I'll need to look at Bulbapedia again. So your new team member is likely gonna have abysmal physical attack if you decide to use this particular one (haven't watched the full video as of this comment, though)
