Airport Village Terminal 1 at the Mactan Cebu International Airport

GMR-Megawide, which designed and built MCIA's award-winning international terminal, is currently finishing renovation works on the old domestic terminal. They started by completely re-imagining the drop-off and pick-up areas, creating what they call an Airport Village. It's rather impressive, and executed well. Renovation works are still ongoing, but I can't wait for how the new domestic terminal will finally look once all the construction is done.

Whatever Megawide builds turns out to be good and high quality. A beautiful airport. More dining options needed in the international terminal. Prices are more than double compare to Changi, Bangkok and Hong Kong airport restaurants.

Those bird droppings is something that GMR prolly didn't anticipate when they decided to tear down the walls of the old terminal (T1) and make it look open and airy and they should do something about it. It's not only damaging the ceilings and walls, even the floor you could see it.

What are the step by step procedure upon checking in until boarding?

What if nasa terminal 2 ka, then you have a connecting flight for domestic, may connecting bridge ba or something between terminal 1 and 2 para di na kailangan mag taxi pag lumipat ka sa kabilang terminal

You can walk. It's not far. Kung may gamit ka, you can wait for the bus. I think it goes around every 20 minutes.

No. They're right beside each other. When I was there last month, I think the covered walkway was nearly finished. But the bus for T1/T2 is free. You just need to wait for it. Thanks for watching!
